My name is Brooklyn but i go by Brooke, recently a tornado hit and killed my mom and sister Syd. Leaveing me with my step dad John. He thinks its a good idea to send me to live with my father , Tanya his wife and my 2 half sisters Madi and Leah.
*a few days after arriving in Dallas* I climed out the very hard and uncofertable thing I called my bed, and found my way to the bathroom so I could take a shower. When i finished I walked to my room to get dressed for the day I put on leggings and a floral print shirt that i found in the pile of cloths Tanya didnt want anymore. (Looks kinda like this)

I decided that today I would go outside my confert zone and visit the neighbors. Then come home and help Jayla the maid clean the house. Jayla doesnt seem to like me, but she likes the help. Anyway right now its just me and Jayla because Madi and Leah are in school, Tanya is on an outing with friends and my father is at work. So I head into the kitchen and start making snickerdoodles it takes about 10 min to mix then i have to wait. When there finally done i set them on a plate and start walking, I ring the door bell and wait. A little girl answers the door and motions me to come in so I do, she runs away she returns with a beautifl lady who ask what my name is and what i am doing i reply "My name is Brooklyn but everyone calls me Brooke, I live next door and thought I would pop in for a visit" she looks me over and i say "I brought cookies" She says your one of Charles kids I smie and nod. "How come I have never seen you before?" "Well...." then i tell her about everything from the tornado being forced to live with my dad and the cot. "Wow your a chatty box" she says then "I am so sorry I havent even introduced my self i am Myta Herron, nice to meet you Brooke" "I am Reese and i am six" the little girl said exitedly. Then asked for some cookies. Myta called her 2 sons Ryan and Zach, they came running. "This is Ryan my 14 year old" pointing to the shorter one. "And this is my 16 year old son Zach." She said while pointing at a very good-looking boy. Who immediately asked for my number. *a few days later* I got a text from Zach. (In texts) Zach- Hey, my mom was wondering if tou could keep an eye on Reese and Ryan tonight. Brooke- Ya of corse ill have to ask Tanya and my dad though. Zach- ok good luck i know how they can be sometimes Brook- thanks❤ (Ends text) I get off my cot and head to my dads and Tanyas room i lightly knock on the door. My dad rips it open and i ask "So the Herrons are wondering if i can babysit tonight" "Sure at least thats one less ticket we have to buy. You hear that Tanya Brooke is going to babysit si we can get the girls ipads like they wanted!" "Oh goodie they will be so happy" she said as she was putting in earings. "Just text us what time youll be home ok"- dad "Ok thanks i say as i walk away"
