In which jaemin suffered from hanahaki disease; an illness born from one-sided love, where the patient throws up and coughs of flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. Growing up together, jeno had seen jaemin throwing up at least several times in a month, mainly because his unrequited love towards someone else. They ended up being roommates in university because jaemin's previous roommates couldn't handle the smell of jaemin's barf almost every day.

"Who is it this time?" jeno asked, patting the boy's back when he came back to their dorm. "Mark Lee." jaemin's eyes started to tears up and jeno sighed as he said, "You do know liking  a freaking talented senior will get you in this situation right?" but jaemin couldn't answer back as he started to choke up. "I-Its hurt, jeno." jaemin wiped the corner of his lips with the hem of his clothes but jeno didn't say anything, instead, he just rubbed jaemin's back. 

Jeno couldn't say that he understand, because honestly he didn't know how does it feels to have a crush on someone that is attractive in your eyes and having to throw up and coughs flower petals every time they rejected you. "H-Help me, jeno. I can't stand this anymore." they were sitting down on jaemin's bed right now. "I'm here, jaemin. It's okay." jeno brought jaemin closer to him, hugging the boy tighter. jeno isn't that big compared to jaemin, but he knows that he is safe when jeno is around.

For few weeks, jaemin didn't throw up at all nor even cough. "I see you are not throwing up anymore, huh?" jeno asked, eyes still on his Nintendo Switch, and jaemin laughed. "Can't believe you finally moving on from Mark Lee." jeno said which jaemin replied with; "honestly, I don't even know how I can like that noob ass senior." and they both laughed.

If only jaemin had liked jeno since they were kids, he could save all those flower petals instead.

"Oh by the way, I have a news." jeno finally lifted his head, looking into jaemin's eyes. "What is it?" jaemin asked, his mind already thinking thousands of great news that jeno will be telling; are they getting pizza tonight? will jeno confess first? but his thought were cut by jeno, "I have a boyfriend, jaemin!" jeno exclaimed. And it started again, that feelings came again, jaemin wanted to throw up, run away, cry, everything. Even the clock seems like it ticked slower, every cells in jaemin's body wanted to shut down. "Who is it?" jaemin smiled, biting down his tongue so he didn't vomit on the spot. "Renjun! You knew him right? I guess he is in your physics class." Jeno grinned, and it hurts jaemin. He knew people will call him selfish, but for once, he wanted someone just for him, and this time, he wished it was jeno all along.

Before jaemin could responded, he ran to the toilet, throwing up more flower petals and jeno rushed by his side. "Jaemin, who is it this time? I thought you had moved on from Mark L-"

"It was you, jeno." jaemin tried not to cry. "I loved you, Lee Jeno." but he failed.

If only jeno actually like jaemin, he could save more flower petals.
