The Five Stones

Chapter 2

"Where are we?"

"Carlos shut up!"

"Jeez! Dont be so mean! I just wanna know!"

I hear quiet whispers and open my eyes. I look for Jay just in case I need him. Hes gone though. I slowly get up and climb a tree looking around.

Nothing, I see nothing.

I climb onto a branch and then jump on a different tree.

"If I knew where we were I'd tell you!" His voice deep and quiet.

"Hey, stop yelling you too!" This voice was different, a little higher then the first voice.

"Tell Cody to be nice to me!" This one was the highest voice not too high to were it sounds like a girl, just higher than the rest.

"People?" I mumble under my breath and continue going from tree to tree till I see them.

One tall, skinny, and white. He had black longish hair and black jeans with a blue top on.

The other was black, short, and muscular. He had really short hair, almost bald with blue jeans and a red shirt.

The last had black short hair that was longer than the other one, spiked up. He had tanned skin. He wore baggy pants and a lose shirt.

I watched in awe as they looked around. I followed them till, Crack! I stept on the wrong branch and it broke! I jumped back on the other branch saving myself from falling.

The one with a red shirt came to a stop causing the others to stop as well. I noticed black shadows moving towards him fast. They formed a sword! Cool!

The one with the blue shirt pulled out a small dagger and it somehow grew into a large sword! Amazing!

The last one didnt do anything but hide behind the one with the red shirt.

"What was it?" Whispered the one in blue

"Sh!" he hushed him.

"Im scared." the last one said.

"Dont be."

"Come out!" he yelled.

I slowly climbed down and jumped infront of them, examing them.

The one with blue stepped closer and pointed the sword at me.

"Who are you?"

No answer. 

He straightened out his stance and said louder, "answer me!"

I touched the tip of the sword thinking this can't be real. Blood came out of my finger.

"Can you even talk?" He said watching me watch the blood slowly come out.

"Yes" I spoke softly. "Are you... Real?" I added on.

The one with red pushed the other back gently. "Hey, dont scare her!" He said speaking softly as well.

He stuck out his arm to me. "Hi! Im Jemeni!" I looked at him not speaking to him, so he put down his arm. I looked at the one in blue, "Your turn."

"No way! You're insane! You tell me who are first then I'll tell you!"

"His name is Cody." Jemeni said. Cody sighed out of annoyance.

I looked at the last one. Hes a bit shorter than the rest. "And you?"

"Carlos" Is all he said.

"Now who are you!?" Cody yelled.

"My name is Alex... How is this possible... Im the only human left. What are you?"  I asked a hint a fear could be heard in my voice.

"What the hell does it look like we are?!" Cody asked speaking loudly.

"Hey calm down! Dont scare her!" Jemeni said.

"Whats that?!" Carlos screamed pointing at the ground by my foot.

I looked down to see. It was Jay. I got down on one knee and put my hand on the ground. He got smaller and climbed onto the palm of my hand. "This is Jay" I extended my arm showing him.

"Amazing..." Carlos said going to grab it. "Hey! Carefull with him!" I yelled pulling my hand back. "Dont just grab him like that!"

He frowned and nodded opening his hand bringing it closer to me with his palm out. I gently placed Jay on Carlos's hand. He giggles and pats Jays small head.

I look at Jemeni. "How did you get here..?" "We used the world portal." He said, "oh, and just call me Jem."

"World portal?" He nods and signals Cody by shoving him forward a bit. He makes his sword into a dagger and opens the handle. In the middle is five empty holes. Each a different color.

"We came here to find a stone. The first stone is on the island somewhere. It looks like this" he pulls out a piece of paper that shows a blue stone.

"I know where that is.."
