I fell

His eyes are so beautiful.
His hair unbelievably perfect.
The things some say
When supposedly falling in love

Falling in love

With the things we can all see,

So obvious, so superficial.

But I did not fall for you
For your eyes
For your laugh,
Your smile.
Those certainly helped,

But it was your heart

that loved me for all I was

all the things that are just us

moments passing by 

spent alongside you

and I feel at home.
