Mels POV~
I skipped back to my small apartment, today was one of the best days of my life! I finally earned enough money to go to minecon. As I walked through the wooden door of my humble abode the smell of cinnomen filled my nose. I smiled to myself before grabbing a large grey bag out of the closet. I packed some casual clothing, T-Shirts, Jeans, Jackets, ect. I brushed out my long, orange hair that went down to my lower back. I sighed contently as I looked over myself in the mirror. I noticed that my eyes were changing colors again, this time bright blue. I let a singled tear shed from my eye and noticed that they were turning gray. You see, my eyes are like those mood rings, they change color according to my mood. My eyes are the reason that my life has been complete hell. No one wanted me, no orphanage took me, no friends, no family. I am just a lonley 18 year-old girl. I grew up on my own, no bedtime stories, no fairytales, just the cold, harsh truth. You have to be perfect to be loved in society, but I don't feel like becoming perfect anytime soon.
