Chapter Six

  I rolled out of bed to the sound of shouting downstairs, and but of course it was Sasuke on the phone with his brother. I went into my bathroom, slowly putting on my uniform and doing my hair. Yet again I had to go to hell, I mean school or hell, same thing. I walked downstairs and smiled slightly at Sasuke as he hung up the phone, most likely in the middle of his brother talking. 

  "I'm sorry about all the shouting." He put his hand gently on my healing black eye. You would think the getting it hurts the most, no when only the bruise is there and slightly going away it hurts the most, I hate it. "It's fine, teme. Don't worry about it, please." I smiled and he moved his hand down to my cheek smiling slightly. 

  "School, let's go." Sasuke moved his hand away, pulling on his bag. I rolled my eyes as I picked up mine and followed behind him to hell. "I hate this place. Can't we just run away together?" He smiled a little and turned to start walking backwards. "No, dobe. Only 2 more years, you'll be fine." I rolled my eyes as we got up to the building of my hell. 

~In class~

  "Now everyone please complete the homework by tomorrow cause I will not be accepting late work, you may begin on it now." Kakashi said as he sat down at his desk, reading his dumb book. I looked at Sasuke with the 'please can I leave' look in which as he always does he shook his head no. I pulled a piece of paper and wrote on it. 

N- Please, I wanna leave.

S- I know, but you haven't stayed a whole day for 2 months. 

N- Then can I make it 3?

S- No. 

N- Please?

S- No, Naruto. You aren't leaving this class or in the middle of any one of your other classes that you don't have me in. 

N- I could just leave now, you can't stop me.

S- I can't, but you know you shouldn't.

N- Fine.

~2 classes later~

  I ditched, I said I wouldn't but I did. Everything was just to much at this school, Ino's brother has gotten worse and I haven't told Sasuke about any of it. I know I should but I just can't, he would be mad at Ino's brother and upset at me for hiding it. 

  Once I got home I just sat on the couch waiting to see when Sasuke would notice that I wasn't there for passing time and he'd most likely text me. As if right on cue, my phone went of and no one talks to me anymore except Sasuke. 

Sasuke: Naruto!

Naruto: I'm sorry

Sasuke: Come back.

Naruto: But I am already home.

Sasuke: Naruto.

Naruto: Fine, in the next class I have you in.

Sasuke: No, now. I will be waiting for you in the bathroom. 

Naruto: Okay.

  I got up and started walking BACK to school. Of course me just staying would of been easier than the talk I was in for when I got back to the school. This is just a daily thing by now, I really should just stay at school but the class I keep skipping is the one I have Ino's brother in alone and dealing with him is hard, so dealing with him alone is ten times harder.

  I made it back to the school and into the bathroom before the 5th bell rang. "I tell you not to skip, then you skip. I tell you to try and you don't. I ask you if you ate and you lie. I ask you to take off your jacket because it is hot out, you pull on the sleeves and refuse. Wanna tell me what is going on?"

  "I..." I sighed and slowly removed my jacket and rolled up my sleeves on my shirt. "I didn't want to add what you had to worry about..." I looked down at my feet and heard footsteps walk closer. "Naruto, it is my job to look after you, to take care of you, to worry about you. I will gladly do so, cause all I want is for you to be happy. But you have to stay here, have to face your fears, have to stand up for yourself and you have to go to class. You need to eat, it gives you the energy to do everything I know you miss doing. As for the cuts, we will work on that, together. Naruto look at me." I slowly looked into his eyes. "You have to trust me, dobe." 

  "I do trust you, teme. I really do.." I smiled slightly, he wasn't mad, disappointed, but not mad I could tell. I wrapped my arms around him and pulled him into a hug. He hugged back and for about 5 minutes we stood there hugging till he pulled back, "class, we have." I sighed putting my jacket back on. "Class" I sighed once again. He slipped his hand into mine, intertwining our fingers. "You'll be fine, we'll be fine." He smiled and we started walking to class.
