I hugged my chest close.

I hated getting in fights with Percy, but it happens a lot. I felt like crying. Why does he not care? How could he just want to die?

Hazel knocked on my bedroom door, "Neeks? You okay?" She must've saw me storm inside.

I nodded, "Yeah." But my voice faltered.

She opened the door, "Nico?" She saw me rolled up into a ball and hugging my pillow on my bed.

She walked over and sat down, "What's wrong?"

I shook my head, "Nothing."

She scooted closer, "You can tell me, Nico. It's okay."

I stared at her frizzy brown hair. I sighed.

"Percy and I got into a fight." I choked.

She brushed a hand through my hair, and I ignored her frown.

"It's okay, it'll get better." she said.

And then I thought about what I hadn't before. Stress. Percy shouldn't be stressed out. And we just got into an argument. . . Gosh, I'm horrible.

A tear slipped down my cheek, "His heart, Hazel. . . and he doesn't even care. . ." I sobbed. I can't lose him.

I just can't lose him.

Sorry it is so short! More to come soon! Thanks!
