"he's going to be here any minute, taylor said she would bring him over." louis rolled his eyes, as he hung up the last of the decorations for harry's surprise birthday party.

niall nodded his head, getting down off of the table after he has hung up the decorations around the large light. louis hummed quietly to the music that played through the stereo.

"c'mon, lou." niall yelled from in the kitchen where all of the guests stood, talking among themselves.

louis made his way into the kitchen and smiled at how happy everyone seemed to be, he wished he could be that happy again but ever since harry's management came into the picture nothing has been the same and everything seems to make louis unhappy.

"he'll be here any minute,"

everyone quieted down when they heard a car pull up outside. taylor locked the car door before taking harry's hand and leading him into the house, she unlocked the door with the key she was given and walked inside before harry could.

"here, babe," she mumbled walking into the living room while harry rolled his eyes and went into the kitchen not even noticing the decorations until he heard multiple people shout,

"surprise!"

harry jumped back as shocked as ever as he stared at all of his friends who were crowded around the kitchen, smiling. a smile crept onto harry's face as he saw louis' head poke up from behind liam.

"hey, haz. surprise!" he exclaimed, hugging harry rather tightly, "i know we can't be together cause if your management but i know you love me and you know i love you so i wanted to make your birthday special."

"thank you," he mumbled, placing a soft kiss to the top of louis' head.
