Nick smiled down at me,  still in the hospital i looked at him. My face in shook, i was completely frozen. Nick fixed his long sleeve button up black shirt, he fixed his collar then brushed his medium length black hair out of his eyes. He was tall, 6'2. He was white, pasty pale colored skin. Nick was wearing all black, a Gothic style, he pulled off.

He smiled with almost sparkling white teeth, his canines didnt stick out at all. No fangs. A full teeth, truly happy, smile. I wasnt happy, i couldnt smile back at him. He knew me for a week at most, and he loved me. I challenge that, you dont just fall in love, no matter what you are, in a matter of days.

I looked down to the light grey blanket covering my legs, "You love me." i questioned.

"I did say that didn't i?" Nick smirked, i fiddled with the blanket.

"How do you love someone, you know nothing about?" I quizzed my voice silent almost, "How do you love someone out of the sight of them?" i spoke wisely, i spoke my mind, i never did that.

He walked close to the bed, "How do you know i dont know everything about you? How do you know we dont know each other from school?" Nicks voice was as if both those were true, as if he was telling me exactly what i should remember.

"I have no idea who you are, i have never meant you before in my life."

Nick raised his eyebrow, "Who are you to say what i remember. And you do know me, very well."

"Nick, i dont." I said weakly, keeping myself calm.

"Frustrations are good, keep them going. You know at least 3 things about me."

"Yes, your name, what beast you are, and your age."

"The age ive told you." Nick grinned widely, "What all do you want to know."

"Nothing."

"Well, i am Nick. I have passed all grade except ones past 10th, i had a brother and a sister." Nick spoke sufficiently, making each word stick to me like glue. He wasnt past the 10th grade? He seems so smart for his age, i am sure there are reasons. Nick said nothing about his family yet, this was something i wanted to learn about.

"Tell me more about your family." i asked, it intrested me to learn about him.

He swallowed, "Well. i am the oldest of three children. My mother was a tailor, and my father was a black smith." Black smith? What year was his father born? "I was actually supposed to be a black smith, but things happened to stop the family line."

I didnt think black smiths were still an opportunity, they seemed so old timey. "tell me about your dad" i questioned, Nick looked uneasy, but it comforted me to learn about him.

"My father..." He began, "His name was Michael, he was blunt with every word he spoke to me. His father, im guessing, was even worse than him. Life when i was younger, when he was younger, it was different from how it is now." i instantly pictured nick in the 1950s, sitting in a small house, hair gelled back. A smile floated to my face.

"Tell me his life." i asked without thinking, my eyes widened in shock of my stupidity.

"Umm, alright." Nick was surprised of my request, "My dad was born in 1646..."

"How?!" i cut him off, his father would be dead by now. Unless his father was a vampire, noting the fact of immortality, then his dad would be alive and Young. Nicks half smiled, "Im sorry, go-go on."

He chuckled, "My father was young when he had me, he meant my mother maria at a ball in england. They got engaged a month later, my mother was pregnaut before they married. My father was given shit for that." Nick seemed happy to talk about his mother, "My mother was almost drown for having me, despite almost dieing in the birth. My father and my mother married a week before my birth."

"That's so sweet." i smiled, i never knew how my parents meant, when they married, anything like that. I only knew when they ended.

"Yes it is, my mother and father moved into a castle on my fathers lords property. His Lord was his best friend, his Lord was so happy to have brought my parents together. My mom grew up rich, she inherited her fathers money when he had died when she was 13. Her mother died in child birth of her little brother." Nicks grinned disappeared.

"Are your parents gone now?" i questioned, i frowned with him.

"Yes, my father died of TB. My mother," he stopped, "Well she was murdered."
