Chapter 3 - United Once Again

 -|(Y/N) P.O.V|

     You drove home with Jimin and you two started to chat about the past and the good memories you and the group had. The ride was full of laughter, once we got to the house I got out and unlock the door and open the door wide. Mikey was sitting on his mini couch. 

I smiled at his cuteness, then I snapped out of my thoughts and open the trunk of the car and Jimin start to help me bring every grocery bag inside the house on the counter. 

    "When are Jin and Namjoon going to arrive?" I asked while on my tippy-toes to look over Jimin shoulder. Yes, I already know...I AM SHORT. I see Jimin was texting them when they're going to be here about 20 minutes. "20 minutes, is that enough time?" He looked up from his phone screen showing his puppy eyes again. I can see he really wants everything goes to plan and he so careful, so cute! I nodded at his answer and he had a bright smile.

     "Chimchim can you prepare the table?" I asked him while setting up the kitchen to start cooking. "Okay!" He said with the cutest voice, how can a man be so cute?! He starts to set up the table carefully. Mickey was looking at us from his mini couch where he was resting, you could tell there is the wonder in Mickey's eyes. Getting the stove set up, once it was ready I started to cook while humming, I didn't know where the song was from but it sounded so familiar. I stopped humming when Jimin spoke, "(Y/N), what is that song? It sounds so nice." I didn't have an answer but I am not the type to lie only if it's for a big good reason. "I actually don't know where it's from," I answer truthfully to him.

     Jimin was now sitting at the table and had Mickey on his lap petting him, "(Y/N) is it almost done yet?~" He said like a little child, clearly hungry. 'He hasn't eaten in days' I thought to my self, Jimin would starve himself which I hate since I care for so much for his health. "Mhm, its almost done Chimchim." Then we hear the doorbell ring. 'That must be Namjoon and Jin' I thought, "I will get it." I hear Jimin put Mickey down gently on the rug. Jimin walking towards the door and opening it, and I heard voices though I know it belongs to Namjoon and Jin by just there voices I can tell they have grown just from there voices.

     I heard all their footsteps come in the room. "(Y/N)!" I heard Namjoon and Jin yelled my name and I smiled, turning the stove on low and turn around to see both of them.

     I smiled, we all went for a group hug. "How many years has it been?" I asked them. "I believe its been 10 years since we saw each other, all of us." Namjoon and Jin answered at the same time. They were smiling happily, oh...did I mention Namjoon has the cutest dimples and Jin having the best laugh! Then the thought of the food again. "Ah, you guys please take a seat," I said to them before doing a light spin. I got the plates carefully putting the food on smoothly as possible. I serve it to the table and turn off the stove putting the lid on the pot. "Is this alright?" I asked and they all nodded. 

    Jin's eyes widen and shined once he saw the food, "Slow cooked beef with kimchi?" He asked and his mouth watering. "Yep, like old times, I thought it would bring memories," I said towards Jin. "Well, it sure brings back memories for sure." Namjoon said and followed by those words, "Yeah it taste so good like always!~" Jimin and Jin saying in union after taking a bite out of the slow cooked beef and kimchi. "Glad it turned out well then." I smiled in glee, we all started talking while eating together having the time of our lives joking around and bringing back memories. One of the best parts, everyone laugh, Jin's laugh...we call it the window wiper. It was so funny it always made the group crack up when hearing his laugh. Jin's dad jokes were great as well, Jimin was dying of laughter from the same with Namjoon and of course I couldn't hold in my laughter as well.

     "Why don't you guys stay the night?" I asked them. "A sleepover then?!" Jimin yelled in glee. He maybe has grown but he still a mochi child. I nodded at him, and he was jumping around smiling same goes with Jin. Namjoon ended up joining it and I started to as well, its good to loosen up...to actually be your self around people. Chatting more and we ended up putting on (Favorite horror movie) of all of us to watch at night. After you could see Jin scared luckily he was with Namjoon since I only had 1 spare rooms. Jimin was also scared but I allowed him to sleep with me and Mickey. Which to be the truth, I didn't mind. "Alright good night guys, we can party in the morning!" We each when to our rooms, we went to sleep all of us and looking next to me Jimin was asleep, though I was uneasy.

     I couldn't sleep for some odd reason, I told my self it was mostly the movie that was scaring me so I couldn't go to bed. I got up and walk to my new lab since there was sound coming out from inside the lab. I was supposed to get this lab in 2 months but people that built my lab seem to mistaken the date. Which I wasn't complaining. Though I looked and it was perfectly locked. 'I must be dreaming' I thought. The more I step towards the door of my lab, the louder the sound was.
