You hated leaving Toriel. As crazy as she was, you understood just how much she really wanted to be loved. But you had to keep going. You had to get to the surface.

It was freezing out here, wherever you were, and you couldn't help but wish you had worn something warmer than a light jacket. The snow crunched under your feet as you walked along. Hopefully you'd find some shelter soon.

Suddenly you were aware of footsteps somewhere behind you. You stopped for a moment, and the footsteps stopped. After a few moments you continued, as did the footsteps.

You turned around, but there was nobody there. What the hell? Was this some kind of horror movie?

"Hey asshole! I know you're out there!" You yelled at the stranger. Receiving no answer, you huffed and turned away. As you were walking, you heard the footsteps again, but this time they were faster. 'Oh shiiit,' you thought as you began to run. 'Great job using horror movie logic! Now you're gonna die!!"

You ran as fast as your legs would carry you, finally reaching some sort of station. You stood in front of it, looking wildly for something that might be of use.

"Damn, Doll, you sure can run," a deep voice growled from behind you. You froze. There was no escaping now, and you had nothing to fight this dude off with. Slowly you turned around, coming face to face with a skeleton.

That in itself was scary enough, but he also had a glowing red eye and extremely sharp teeth, a gold one sticking out to you especially. He seemed to tower over you, even though he was only a few inches taller than you were.

You wanted to act brave, but in truth, you were utterly terrified. The skeleton chuckled. "Is this how you treat every guy you meet?"

You felt your mouth working, but no words managed to come out. Oh god, were you shaking? Why now of all times could you not defend yourself? You'd always been good at snarky remarks and fighting back, but now your courage was just drained.

The skeleton scoffed. "Alright then, guess we're doing this my way. But I guess you wouldn't have had a choice either way," he said, chuckling darkly. Suddenly you were picked up by the waist and heaved over his shoulder. It was then that you finally found your voice.

"Woah- H-hey! Let me down you creep!" you yelled at him, banging on his back with your fists. This didn't seem to faze him. Instead, he laughed.

"Woah, Doll's got a bit of spunk after all."

"Don't call me that! I have a name!" you retorted.

"And you think I care?" he said back. "Listen Doll, this'll be a hell of a lot easier for you if you stop struggling." What was he planning on doing with you?! Where the hell was he even taking you?!

You fought back a bit more, but it was ultimately useless, so you just stopped. Without that to distract you, the cold began to bother you again. Why was it so freezing?! You closed your eyes, just listening to the sounds around you as the skeleton walked on.

At some point he stopped, and you heard a door opening. He continued on, and the door closed. Finally, he set you down, but still kept a tight grip on your wrist. You opened your eyes to find yourself in some kind of... shed almost?

While you were looking around, you felt something close around your neck, and your wrist was released from his grip. You looked down at what was there the best you could.

It was a collar. He had put you in a collar and was holding a chain attached to it.

"Sorry Doll. Best way to ensure you don't escape. That's a shock collar by the way, so try to take it off or escape, and, well, you get the point," he said, still grinning that sharp-toothed grin.

He tied the chain to a support in the middle of the room. "Alright Doll, I gotta go report to the boss. But I'll be back to get you some food or whatever," he shrugged, and headed out the door.

You took a moment to take in your situation. Falling down a hole in a mountain, getting kidnapped by a skeleton, and being chained to a pole in a shed were not things you expected to happen today.

You were sure things would only go downhill from here.
