" Are you ready to face your first evenly matched opponent." Jake without hesitation started to fire at Evie. Evie starts to shoot silver rays at Jake. Jake dodges them while he sends some blasts back. Two of them land and hit Evie in the chest propelling her backwards. She hits the back of the wall and falls to the ground. She puts a hand over her chest, once she removes it she sees a cut. Jake looks in horror " I didn't mean to, I'm sorry!" Jake approaches her not trying to attack her at all. Once he is standing right in front of her he lends out a hand to pick her up. Evie speaks " Have you not seen the world, never trust anyone!" She slams his arm with extreme force causing Jake to fall to the ground. CRACK. Jake's hand breaks due to Evie's hit. Jake grabs his hand due to the agonizing pain. Evie gets up and pushes Jake back into the hole. Evie jumps down to attack Jake. She puts her foot down on him preventing him from getting up. She then takes it off and lifts him up by his head, jake is lifted off the ground. Jake tries to release himself from her grasp but her grip is too strong. Evie speaks " You are pathetic you will never make it to be an elite. You're weak!" Jake responds " At least I don't need an artificial thing to make me stronger!" Evie gets mad and slams him to the ground. She is getting ready to punch him but then looks at Jake's necklace. She rips it off of him and says " Where did you get this?" Jake doesn't answer. She kicks him in the face. Jake starts to bleed. Jake responds " My friend gave it to me. What's so important about it?" Evie mutters " Zyton is going to be so proud of me for this." Jake pulls out his phone from his pocket and takes a picture of the shard, just for reference later on. Evie responds " This shard is the second to last missing piece of the shards of Samantha the replicator, the elite that was murdered" Jake backs up in shock. Jake speaks " I've never heard of her" Evie then responds " Jake are you going to tell me where you got it from or will I have to kill your friend over there" she points at Andrew. She walks closer to him, Andrew starts to wake up slowly. Evie points a blast toward Andrew and says " Tell me now Jake and he won't get hurt." Jake doesn't speak, he doesn't want anything to happen to Andrew. Evie responds " Suit yourself!" She prepares to shoot the blast. Jake gets up and runs toward them. Jake jumps in front of him right before she shoots the blast. The blast shoots. The blast is aimed directly at his heart. Jake pulls out his sword and shapeshifts it into a shield quickly. The blast deflect off of it but the more the blast goes the farther Jake is being pushed backwards. Jake gets a good stance and deflects it toward Evie's arm. Evie screams in pain and everything goes red. Nothing is visible only the color red.
