"Dammit!" He sighed and nearly threw his phone to the farthest corner, but he couldn't. It was wired, and he didn't exactly have the money for it. He started to bang his head against his chair as others around him glanced at him weirdly. They all had frowns as they resumed their own business, chattering away into their own phones. 

He slammed the phone down into the receiver and stood up, grabbing his coat, and quickly rushed outside. He needed to clear his head, he needed a break.

As he exited the tall building, he let himself be surrounded by the coldness and stared up at the moon wondering what the hell had he just done.

She had just done that, she just ended the call. She sat, frozen, and held the phone in her hand. With shaky hands she set the phone down and held her knees to try to steady her shaky figure. What did she just do?

She looked down at her phone and felt tears prick her eyes, why couldn't she just call back?

"Because you're worthless, you don't deserve him" said the voices in her head. She frowned and buried her head in her legs "I know"

With a sniffle, she looked up at the moon and wondered if he was staring at it too.
