Your P.O.V:

I awoke again on the sofa, with Max, my Boston terrier, licking my face. I sat up making the dog slide down onto the floor. "Morning, Max." I yawned. I got up and looked around the house. Nobody was here. "This is strange." I thought. "Everyone's usually up by now.". I ventured into the kitchen, and noticed a note on the fridge. It read:

Dear Y/N,

I'm here to inform you about the terrible things that will eventually happen to you, that is, if you don't stop him. You see, the only way this note is reaching you is because i somehow managed to retrieve my character file and wrote the events of the morning into the code. I also read about what will happen as of noon. You will go to a friend's house, and they will ask you how you've been. And whilst you answer, everything will glitch out. This is one of the many opportunities I've written in for you to stop him. There will be a keypad in front of you with numbers on it. The code is 2318. Then, that's when you'll see an obstacle you must find a way to avoid in the future. If you fail, the day will restart. If you pass, you'll be given access to part of someone's code. Fix it and keep their file safe, and you'll see them the next day. I'll see you soon.

Lew*s? Suddenly, everything came flooding back to me, like i had foumf something in the recycle bin of a computer. What?! How did this happen? No! She's mine---AAA! I stared at the note and the handwriting quickly scribbled into the paper. Lewis. NOOOOOOO! That morning. The bathroom. The blood...

How is he still alive? Wait-

I traced my finger through every word looking for the part I needed. MY CHARACTER FILE! So, does this mean that everyone else has a character file? What's going on? I'm confused...scared. But if I'm going to fix this, I need to follow the note's instructions. NO. YOU FOLLOW MEEEEE-AAAA! "Max! C'mon boy!" I called out. He appeared behind the door, waddling towards me. I put him in the boot, in his crate, and drove over to Clara's house, one of my old college friends. I wonder if she had a character file...EVERYONE DOES! THIS IS AAA- After about half an hour, I pulled into the driveway, and the games began...

Before I could knock, the door was opened. "Ah, Y/N! Nice to see you again!" She cheered, inviting me in. She handed me a cup of coffee, and we sat down. My stomach did a flip as she said the words. "How have you been-". She stopped. Suddenly, the world started to dissolve around me into tiny little pixels. My eyes darted around the room in disbelief. The array of colours looked beautiful, just like Ry- <+}€~¥%×> A BEAUTIFUL NIGHT'S SKY! -AAAH! NOOOO! STOOOOP COOOORUPTING THE COOOODEEEE! Then, as if Lewis knew what was happening, a keypad appeared in front of me. I crept towards it, and punched in the numbers 2318. STOOOP RUININGGG MYYY FUNNN!! NO.
I could hear the voices of Ryan and Lewis, but they were arguing about something. Being the person I am, I decided to scream out. "LEWIS? RYAN? IS THAT YOU?!" Wait...YOU GOT THE CODE RIGHT FIRST TIME?! YYYEEES. I continued to walk down the path that appeared when the code was typed in. Don't listen to Lewis. LISTEN TO ME! ONLY ME! I BET- WAIT A SEC LET ME FIX- I bet your wondering where Ryan is right now, in real life, I mean. DON'T TELL HER! He's at- AAA STOP IT HURTS! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA! HE- CL-RA-AAA HOOOOUUUSEEE! IDIOT! I ran down the path, not looking back, to be met with my first obstacle. Razz was in a glass box, water filling it rapidly. "Razz!" I cried, running over to him and hanging my fists on the glass, my heart pounding. The water was now up to his neck. Crap. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! I WIN!
