After everything that occurred in Peter's life: His issues with the Vulture after losing his suit and his life slowly crumbling into pieces, it was the time to give him the recognition for what he did so far. He was invited by the Stark himself for a "meeting." He had no clue what Tony wants from him. Maybe another lecture? I don't think so.
Little did Peter know, his so called, 'Mr. Stark' is giving him the chance to retrieve his suit (with additional upgrades?) and be given the opportunity to join them.
He entered the Stark Tower with Happy who was (now) nicely talking to him and smiling for some reason. Peter definitely didn't expect that one coming. Anyways, he was being ushered inside the building to talk with Tony Stark about hero stuff, I suppose.
They halfway near a door at the end of the hallway when Tony Stark came out of the room.
"Parker, you're here!" Tony exclaimed. He then nodded his head at Happy to give them some privacy. Obviously, Happy hesitated but eventually complied with his request.
"I've heard what happened with the Vulture and I just want to say, thank you for doing this," Tony said while Peter nodded his head while waiting for Tony to continue.
"Not everyone can receive an opportunity like this and I want you think about it very well— " Tony then stopped. "—I was wondering if you would like to become an Avenger?" He asked.
"I-uh-yeah" Peter stood their astonished, currently lost for words. Though, he stopped talking when a beautiful girl exited the room that Tony had just been on.

"Oh, Parker, I would like you to meet Y/N. Y/N meet Peter." Tony introduced the two.
Y/N smiled and waved her hand at him while Peter continued to stare.
She's Beautiful, Peter thought.
"Hey, Earth to Peter!"
