Okay so Pea, she is just a figment of Cassiopeia's childhood, this is from when her father had died, and eventually she returns to Cassiopeia's body once more meaning that it is only an adult and Oliver is a child so this would not work, as for Pea as a figment she was barley five so no that would not work either.
