Chapter 2

IT was Monday again. My alarm clock was ringing and I had already hit the snooze button for a five minute longer sleep. Gosh I hated Mondays. But I have to get up eventually, so I dragged myself off my comfortable bed and made my way towards the bathroom. The cold air wrapped around me like a blanket and I shivered.

After taking a shower, I picked out random clothes and through them on pairing them with my all to favorite boots. I made my way down stairs and as usual saw dad cooking breakfast.

"Hey Dad" I said and kissed him on the cheek.

"Good morning baby" he said with a smile.

"Ugh what's so good about this morning?"

"Cranky I see" he laughed. "I made bacon and toast, and the orange juice is in the fridge."

"Dad you know I've been a vegetarian since about one year now right? Then why do you cook non vegetarian things for me? It's just extra work for you.. I'm not gonna eat it anyway." I sigh. Dad always tries to feed me meat. He says I need meat in my body to stay fit and all that crap.

"Yeah" he sighs "I'm just worred about your health you now?"

"I know." I give him an assuring smile.

"Aren't you late for school?"

"Oh shit" I grab my backpack and rush towards the door, I put my coat on and slam the door shut. I always walked to school and I was already late so I had to do this weird thing which was faster than walking and slower than running. I was basically fast walking.

When I reached school I released a huge sigh I knew I was holding and made my way towards the lockers. I was still a little late so I pulled put the books I need rushed towards the class. As I was checking my notes, I bumped into something or I think it was someone.

My butt made contact with the floor instantly and I winced in pain. I looked up to meet a pair of piecing hazel eyes.

"Ahh bitch. Don't you watch where your going? You spilled all my coffee on my clothes" she said. I've always seen her around school but never tried to talk to her cause she seemed...mean?

I looked at her red high heels and then her short dress and then finally at her fair face. She had long beautiful red hair and had a red lipstick on her lips. What's with her and red?

"I'm so sorry. I didn't see you." I said as I got up.

"You little piece of shit" she huffed. "What about my clothes huh? I bought them yesterday and you runed them already" he said as she pushed me towards the lockers. My back hit one and I fealt pain make it's way towards my back. I wanted to cry in pain but I held it back. I was about to say something but a voice interrupted me.

"Let her go Eva." I spinned my head towards the voice and saw a girl with short shoulder length black hair and blue eyes. Damn she was pretty.

"Whatever" Eva said and let me go. She started walking away and didn't look back even once. I looked towards girl and smiled.

"You okay?" She asked.

"Yeah.. uh.. thanks."

"No problem." She smiled. "I'm Lexi by the way. What class do you have?"

"I'm Faith. I have physics right now"

"To bad I have math" she sighed "I'll see you around Faith?"

"Yeah" I couldn't help but smile.
