Gamer Girl to His Girl

{Game Daze}

^CHAPTER 1^

"BARBARA !!" my friend, Kaira, screamed across the mall centre making everyone look her way.

"Kaira! shush everyone is looking at us" I hissed quietly smiling politely at an old couple sitting next to me in the cafe I was in.

"A 'Hello Kaira how has your day been?' would've been better. Anywho! 5SOS ARE IN TOW-"

I smacked my hand across her mouth giving her a look saying to talk lower.

"Sorry, 5Sos are in town and I got tickets do you wanna go!?" she whisper yelled,

"You know I'm not a fan! I like one or two of their songs," I explained while she pouted and crossed her arms, "plus I have to work a late shift tonight I won't be able to, - speaking of work I have to go! bye text you later"

I say checking my phone seeing as my break was up. I quickly ran to the game store where I worked but I accidentally ran into someone on my way there

"Oh my gosh I'm so sorry!! I didn't see you there! I shouldn't have been rushing and-" I rambled on finally looking up at the person in front of me

"No it's ok it was my fault. it's ok " the cute guy in front of me says while chuckling

"I'm Michael by the way" he smiled at me

"Barbara " I say back

"Lovely name babe, see you around then?"

"Sure bye Michael"

We waved goodbye and I hurriedly, but carefully, ran to work know I'm a few minutes late checking in

"You're late Barbara" Nick, my boss, scolded

"I know I'm sorry I accidentally ran into someone and -" I tried explaining

"Excuses excuses. get back to work"

I quickly nodded not wanting to upset him further and went behind the counter reading a comic strip.

Until a few customers walked in and started buying some comics asking me which ones are the best for their son or daughter and I gave them an honest opinion on which ones were kinda lame or ones that are really good,

this happened for the next 3 1/2 hours until it was a half hour before I got off and did my nightly routine, go and eat everything in my fridge ,cuddle on my bed check my twitter and fall asleep,

The bell rung signaling someone has walked in,

"Hello welcome to Game Daze, how may I help you?"

I say not really paying attention to the customers

"Barbara?"

I looked up and saw-

•HEY ! so this is a new story and my best friend from twitter, yes twitter, Barbara is the main character! hope you guys enjoy this story I have wanted to make a Michael fan fiction a lot and I was like hey! might as well use someone who I know very well to be the lead💕•
