Selene came from a small town , where nothing ever happened, she had a very normal life as far as goto work come home , pay bills , hang with friends wake up do it all over again, she would read in her spare time , play on her computer just like anyone else , always wondering and feeling like there was something more out there that we would always think as mythical ,or stories. But she always thought her beliefs to be due to reading so much. Or watching so many movies. Never having any proof of anything other then her and her friends going on a ghost hunt and never sure but thinking they saw or heard something . Till one night at work.... She worked the grave yard shift at a local convenient store .she had the normal Friday nite customers buying beer and cigarettes, and the normal stuff. When a black suv pulls in she nothing of it and continues her work , she hears the door and says blindly " hello", she hears a deep voice that made her stop what she was doing say 'hello , how are you this evening?". Selene looks up and see none standing there she pans her sight to the counter to see , the only thought that came to her head , was "WOW". she snaps back to her surroundings , slowly walking to the counter " hi , how can I help you tilting her head slightly to get a better look at his features under his black messy but stylish hair . She was dying to know the color of his eyes , he was about 6'1 thin but built, wearing dark jeans a dark t shirt ,.realizing she was beyond checking him out maybe along the lines of eye stalking, she blushed slightly saying to him ,'is there something I can help you with?"
Marcus had no idea why he stopped here other then he was trying to find his cousins house, but when he pulled in the parking lot he felt like he had to be here , he needed to go in, it was a must. Knowing he could find it without directions from some human . They were mere luxuries to his kind , they made stories up about his people, but they had no idea that they were real, untill it was to late , when they found out that vampires existed they were already drained dry. As he entered the front door , he got hit with a smell like none other he has ever smelled , like he would go threw the entire vampire council to get it , he had to know the source , he hears a voice snapping him back slightly "hello" sweet and innocent to the world around her. Marcus then in vampire speed was at the counter but as he was moving he said "hello how are you this evening knowing he sounds from a different century and reality he was. He watches her as she walks slowly very slow to his speed to the counter the whole time bring that delouses smell with her getting stronger and stronger, he is fighting every moment to not jump and rip into her sweet throbbing pulse . He has his head down afraid to look up knowing his fangs were pushing threw and his eyes were getting redder, he hears her ask if he needs anything not once but twice thinking to himself you have no idea child what I need and want. He has never been in this situation where the prey had control of him, he has no clue how to act he is over 600 years old and NEVER had an encounter like this he will have to ask his elders what this is. He slowly gains his control , and looks up at her ' do you know how far I am from blackmore st "? as he looks up at her he is absorbed in her big beautiful bright blue eyes so bright if he wasn't sure she was human he would have question there color being that bright, and her long to her waist black hair in bouncy curls. She was the prettiest creature he has ever in 600 years encountered . He sees her lips moving but didn't care what she was saying til she says to him " hey you ok ? Did you hear anything I said?" Marcus only thought is being the harsh vampire he is hes not the good guy he has bulit a reputation on his cruelty and harshness he is a prince and everyone should respect him if not he will make them. Selene doesn't know what to say when he looks up at her all she sees are the two greeniset eyes ever her first thought is noway they are real and if they he cant be human. They looked like glowed in the dark. She hears him answer her question of hearing her by saying 'NO , I wasn't listening to you I was admiring your beauty, sorry princess"
Selene has never been with a boy , not that she didn't have boyfriends but as in romantic ways never . So she didn't know what to say back,other then blush madly and give a low 'thank you' Marcus realized by her response and facil reactions that she was also a virgin in every single way .not only did she catch his attention with her beauty and oh god her smell , which he has never found a human slightly attractive , to spend more then drinking from them , his time although he had eternity as too vaulable to bespent on these blood bags, he came back from deep thought and spoke again to her 'whats your name princess' selene blushes "selene and yours is?" he studies her face and her lips what would she do if he grabbed her kissed her?" Marcus" im visting my cousin for a bit " but I think I may have got myself turned around' knowing he didn't he smiles his biggest for her.selene announces to him "I live on blackmore who is your cousin I get off work in a few mins I could take you there your not to far'? marcus knows he should leave or grab her and drink her dry , that being so close in a car is not going to be easy by far but he wants her in every way . So he chuckles to himself about the new experience hes having and says "ok princess , but has anyone ever taught you about going with strangers"? Selene ponders this for a min "yes, but we aren't strangers now are we we have been talking for a bit , and a stranger wouldn't know each others names"? as Selene looks in his eyes her eyes travel to his lips wondering what it would feel like to have him kiss her, WHAT!!!" am I thinking Selene feels the heat rising to her cheeks, as her relief walks in David say ok Selene im here you can go, but she didn't here they were still just standing there admiring each other , she couldn't stop thinking about a kiss and him just kissing her and not stopping David walks over clearing his throat she jerks her ' hey David" blushing madly now. Marcus watching her every move he slowly looks at David smirking . David sees this guy he has never seen before eyeing up his Selene like dinner, he gets jealous" well Selene who's your friend?" Selene who is shocked at the venom in David's voice he has never made any kind of notion he liked her, here he is getting mad .Selene looks at David shyly " this is Marcus he's visiting his cousin that lives on my st , he got a lil lost im gonna show him the way" David cant believe what he's hearing who is mister im too cools cousin and why in the hell would Selene go with a guy she never met before. David looks at mister cool " who's your cousin"? Marcus look over at this mere human who dare speak to him in such a manner. Marcus says with venom the one name the entire town new not to mess with "Aiden nighttion," Aiden was breath takinly hot, and known to take none's shit as quick as lighting he will kick your ass he was the most popular kid in school he is a senior , not to be taken lightly.Aiden didn't associate with many kids at school , he always had friends from out of town come here. Selene had enough of the dirty looks they were giving each other ,she looks too Marcus who screamed danger trouble and RUN RUN RUN!!! And then to David who was safe and sweet and you would always know what he was upto. "come on Marcus I live two house down from aiden", David's face fell' Selene can I please talk to a min in private?" Selene for some reason looked to Marcus whom she just met for approval not knowing why she waited for him to nod ok and he walked out to his truck David was watching ' what the hell was that Selene /you just met that asshole and you need his ok to talk to me we have known each other since first grade?" Selene had no answer it just felt right.."what did you wanna talk to me about"? David watching her"don't go with him , hes related to Aiden that means trouble you're a good girl don't go tell him you cant help him" David was begging Selene looks at him her eyes wide its not far stop David its not like he's a serial killer or im marrying him just showing him to Aidens damn""then im going home and reading my book in the tub, want to know my time schedule for the rest of my night aswell?she stated very sarcastically walking out the door to Marcus's truck.getting in her smell hit marcus like a truck going 100 mph , he gripped the stearing wheel so tight he thought he was going to rip it off, trying not to inhale, "is everything ok princess?" selene noticed his discomfort and wondered why he was acting that way"yeah david and aiden a a long not so good history"marcus was trying get under control, slowly he was doing the impossible , he knew when when looked at him for approval to talk to david she was his just how was he going to handle this,"do you wanna go get something to eat before we go?"he states knowing he wont eat just to get her comfortable with him."selene wasn't hungry so why but she said I really don't wanna go home yet we could go sit at the park for a bit if you want?"
