Nyan nyan! :3 Hello! :D
How it began
I was nervous. I mean, who wouldn't be? Switching schools once again, afraid you would be deemed social outcast again. But my Aunt said Masters High was the perfect school. It just looks like another rich kid school to me. They have a huge courtyard that could fit the student body I'm sure. But I'm at the back of the school now, looking for a place to hide for the day. It's almost like a forest, I thought. I tripped on a bump in the ground and landed on my face. "Owwch..." I moaned. I looked up then rolled on my back. "This looks like a good place," I said out loud. Staring up at the sky, I sighed. "It's a nice day today." I mumbled to myself.
"Kuso!" someone shouted. I quickly stood up and looked around. I thought I was alone..... "Kuso!" the voice said again, more angry this time. I heard laughing after the voice started whining. I layed back down as the voices passed by. I took out my phone and went to Wattpad to update my vampire stories. After a while of reading, I got bored and sat up. Hearing nosies from afar, I realize that people must have arrived finally. "Kuso!" I heard again. Why do I keep hearing this? I thought. I stood up and looked around before my eyes landed on a single bench. A girl with curly brown hair sat there playing with string in her mouth while eating cherries. Why does she have string in her mouth? I thought. She was also wearing navy blue jeggings and a grey zipper sweater was tied around her waist. Her pale pink undershirt was showing from under her navy blue tank top. This girl had her curly brown hair tied back into a lazy ponytail. "Kuso!" she shouted, spiting out a cherry stem and reaching into her dark green "peace" messenger bag for another. She popped the whole thing into her mouth and chewed while swinging her legs back forth, only to then spit the cherry seed and stem out. She studied the stem carefully, then made a face. "Crap!" she shouted angrily. "Kuso! Why can't I do it right?..." she murmured the last part. She put the string back in her mouth while digging into her bag and whimpered. She sounds alot like Tamara when she does that, I thought while stepped out from the shadows slowly so I won't scare her. She looked up to me then smiled. "Hiya! Who are you, the new kid?" she said. I paused then shook my head. She smiled some more and ushered me to come closer. "I was supposed to show the new second year around and be his mentor yada yada yada, yada yada BS." she explained as I sat next to her messenger bag. She moved her bag to the ground and sat closer to me, holding out her hand. "So what's your name, new guy?" she asked while handing me a handful of cherries. "Yoshinura." I paused as I ate of of the cherries, "Daniel Yoshinura." I took a few more cherries from her hand. A spark flashed through her eyes as she smiled slightly. "You're definately the new guy everone's talking about!" She shouted. I frowned at her loudness, she can't be her, I thought to myself. "Y-yeah. How do they kno--" "This is great!" she interrupted, "You can call me 'Yashita-sempai', or 'Yashita-san', heck, you can call me, 'Yashita-chan'! Just as long as you don't drop the honorific." I sighed. She was a little up-beat to be Tamara. Then I remembered something that had bothered me in the past. "By the way," I said interrupting her, " why did you have a piece of string in your mouth?" Yashita-san looked at me, then away, blushing. I tilted my head to the side with a curious look on my face. "I.....I was......" she played with the string, still in her mouth, as she tried to piece together her excuse. She glanced over at me then sighed. "You won't tell anyone if I tell you. Right?" she asked quietly. "Well, what's so bad about what you're doing?" I countered. She stared at the ground some more before sighing again. "Okay. This might sound stupid, but, ya'know that rumor if you could tie a knot on a cherry stem, you're a good kisser?" She spoke really fast so I had to process what she just said before answering. "Yeah...'' I said slowly. "Well," she said just as slow, "there's another rumor at this school that if you can do a DOUBLE knot, you are the best kisser in all of Yagami. They hold contests and everything for such a rumor! And i thought--" she stopped herself suddenly. But I wanted to know more for some odd reason. "What? You thought what? You could tell me," i pushed. She looked at me then looked away as she finished her sentence. "I thought that I'd find a lost love if I could kiss like him." she whispered. We suddenly became really quiet. From the other side of the school, I could hear all kinds of shouts and noises coming from the courtyard. I picked up the other end of the string that Yashita-san had in her mouth. I don't know what exactlyy I was thinking when I put that string in my mouth, but I guess I was wondering how great I was at kissing. Maybe, I thought, maybe this might be her. If only I could get a reaction from her that only Tamara would do; the Tamara I had always known... "What are you doing?" Yashita-san asked, staring at me as she chewed on her end of the string. "You'll see." I answered her. "The trick is not to use your teeth." When she realized I was teaching her on how to make the knot, she tilted her head to the side and stared at my mouth. I held back a blush as I continued. "If you think about it, why would you bite your lover's tongue? You're supposed to caress it and hold it like you don't want to let go. Which, is difficult, because your tongue is slippery. So," I took the string out my mouth and looked it over with a smirk on my lips, "It's almost like trying to hold a slippery rope with a slippery hand." I turned to her to show her my work, a double-knot, "If you understand what I'm trying to say. See?" I held the string up so she can look it over too. She stared at me instead. She had this look of surprise and shock. I blushed. She looks innocent, I thought, too innocent. I had the sudden urge to bite her. Somewhere and anywhere, as long as I'm biting her in way to give pleasure. We looked into each other's eyes when I was suddenly reminded of Tamara. She's my one and only, I thought, I shouldn't be falling over this look-alike.
I really miss Tamara. I backed away from Yashita-san; we were leaning towards each other for some reason. She looked a bit hurt but she stood up anyway. She picked up her bag and began to walk away. I stared at her calm figure until she turned around with a smirk on her face. "Why are you just sitting there?" she asked. I shrugged and she jogged back to me, picking up my black and grey messenger bag. "Come on, Baka! The bell will ring soon, and I wanna introduce you to my friends!" she explained, dragging my bag away. "Hey!" I stood up quickly. "No one calls me Baka! And give me back my bag! I'm saving you trouble by skipping classes today!" I shouted to her retreating back. "Not While I'm here, Baka!" she shouted over her shoulder. I ran after her all around the back garden until we turned the corner that leads to the courtyard. Oh great, I thought, I definitely won't be skipping at all today.
