I knocked on the door and was greeted by Kane's mom who told me that Kane was in his room. After thanking her I went up to his room. "Hey bro! What are you doing here?" I sat down on a beanbag, put my hands behind my head and leaned back confidently "Guess who just won the bet?"
His happy face turned into an angry one "No way man, you're lying. You haven't even really talked to Amber." I got even cockier "Well, I invited her to hang out at my place. We talked a bit and then we kissed." He shook his head "No way bro, I don't believe you. You're a fu**ing liar!"
I felt really offended "No I'm not. You can ask Amber if you don't trust me. But if you don't believe a word that comes out of my mouth, then I might as well don't talk to you!" I rushed out of his room and the last thing I heard was "Fine I don't want to talk to you anyways!"
