Chapter 2 Toby's P.O.V still xD

I opened up my eyes to see a extremely bright light appearing bellow me, eventually it got even brighter blurring out my vision. When I could see normally again I was standing in the middle of an empty field and a well that was not as old as the other one but still pretty old. Where was I? I wondered. Looking around I noticed how nice it was outside. I had not seen a sunny day like this ever since Slendy took me in. I felt the heat of the suns rays touch my skin, it felt good. I shook my head, I couldn't keep letting trivial things like the sun keep me from my job, I was in plain sight and anyone could see me, not to mention it was day time, I had to find somewhere to hide till night. I looked around the field hoping to find somewhere I could hide. Then I saw it, a small shack hiding in the brush of a mulberry tree. I quickly ran to it hearing the swish of the long dried grass, it wasn't long before I was trying to find my way inside. The whole thing was falling apart and smelled of mildew, but it was some form of shelter until night. I looked in the window there was a small cot in the right corner, the mattress was water stained and the springs were rusted from what I could tell. I better get inside before I'm noticed, I thought to myself finding the door. "Rrrrrreeeee!!" the door went as it was opened. "God, t-this place reeks, What died?" I got my answer seeing a dead squirrel lying in the corner. "Awesome. Now I gotta f-find s-some way to get rid of i-it." I said to myself walking back outside and sound a stick. "This will probably work." I went back inside and approached the decomposing squirrel. Flies swarmed around it and I could hardly even stand to be near the thing. Cringing as I looked away I pushed the squirrel out the door throwing the stick out there with it. "Well t-this is home for n-now I guess." Then I plopped down on the cot and fell asleep.
