    Date: Stan picks you up in a horse pulled carriage, were you were taken to the "Russian tea room" the most expensive and elegant restaurant he could find. You two got there and ordered your food , Stan got Pelmeni Siberian and you got the  Tea Room Salad. After a while he took you to the top of the roof of some place and you two wrote little notes for each other and put them into jars and gave them to eachother
