You guessed right, Cisco wears a Flash onesie. Barry isn't too impressed, but he lets him because Cisco looks so happy pretending to go at light speed.

These are actually Mick's pants. Because you walked into Lenard and Mick's house uninvited wanting to sleepover, Lenard had no time to get his own pants. So he had to borrow Mick's.
