Today is the day that the two tie the knot. Hakeem woke up an hour early before Brandon so he can go over to the church and start setting everything up. Lucious Cookie and Bella made it back from their trip. They made it over to the church around 8 to help out.

Around 10 guess was starting to arrived. But there was still no sign of Brandon anywhere.

Brandon POV

I'm rushing to church because I over slept. But I made it with enough time to greet everyone.

Tiana: Brandon where you been at, the wedding starts in a hour.

Brandon I know I know I'm here now.

Tiana: good go get ready

I rushed in the dressing room and got dressed.

Hakeem POV

I was fully dressed just looking at myself in the mirror. Just talking to myself about how my whole life is about to change.

Brandon POV

I'm so nervous right now, standing at the alter waiting for the love of my life to walk to through that door. Not gonna lie I'm nervous as fuck right now.

Tiana got up and stated to sing the song I told her to when he walks through. As the door opens there he stood.

Tears fell down my face he look so handsome, as his Cookie walked with him down the aisle.

Tiana stops singing and now I'm face to face with the love of my life.

The preacher says his peace and we started with our vows.

Hakeem: Brandon You are my life and my soul. Like without you would be pointless. You my Bestfriend my lover and a good father to Bella. Until I met you I was broken and confused. But you made everything clear. I love you and happy that I'm standing here with you.

Brandon: Hakeem.. i don't know where to start. You made life for me seem so easy. We had our ups and downs. But no matter what we got through them together. With out you and bell. I don't know where I would be. You introduced me to so much. I appreciate everything you have done for me. I love you with all my heart.

Preacher:  The rings

Bella walks up with the ring and gave them to us. We stood there as the preacher says his final words.

Preacher: Now with the power invested in me I know pronounce you Mr & Mr Lyon-Smyth

We decided to hyphenate my last name so i took his  but kept mine.

At The Reception

Hakeem POV

Everyone sat around eating and enjoying the music. Then Tiana stood up and made a toast.

Tiana: I would like to make a toast to the newlyweds. Brandon at first I wasn't to sure about you dating my Bestfriend but I got to know you more and seen that you stuck around for a long time. You make my Hakeem and Bella happy so I appreciate you.

Brandon: Thank you

Tiana: Hakeem we been Bestfriends for a long ass time and I watch you grow in to a man. After you had Bella it was like life speed up and you matured with it. You found someone that's cares for as much as I do. I'm happy for y'all ... To The Empire!

Now it was time for the first dance. We walked to the center room and the music played. It was like the only people that was in the room was me and Brandon. I let the music play and I knew that we would grow old together.. He look me in my eyes and said.
