It's already 4 in the afternoon when they got back from the site. And they all haven't eaten their lunch. They almost lost track of time and got so engaged with the conversation about the house models since Christopher has decided to get the house he wanted. Macy and Erine were very happy to assist him to materialize his dream.
Erine patiently guided Christopher in filling out his forms and securing his receipt for his reservation payment. She guided him on what to submit and what to do next. Christopher is so lucky to be assisted by someone from the team of Erine's mom because Erine personally assist all their clients with extra care.
Everything was done but Christopher needs to open a checking account and doesn't know how and where. Erine went out of her way to assist him before the bank closed. She got him an endorsement letter from their company to guarantee him bank approval. He is just in awe with all the help Erine has done for him. All his papers where signed except for one which requires an attorney-in-fact since he's an overseas worker.
Erine was thinking how to help him but he swore that he doesn't have a wife or a girlfriend to sign on his behalf. He is also alone or not living with parents or relatives. His aunt who's closest to him is also working abroad. He even made a joke out of it saying why don't Erine sign it so the transaction would be finished. Haha. Funny really. Of course, that's not possible. Crazy client, right? But again, Erine knows it was a joke. She just don't know what that means though. She also knew that Christopher is still going back to his place the same day and will get the last trip. They really didn't have enough time to talk. Time was gold for Christopher that day.
Christopher treated Macy and Erine for late lunch but Macy asked permission to go home to fetch her kids so Erine and Christopher were left to finish the opening of checking account at the bank. Erine was totally exhausted aside from she wasn't able to sleep long the night before coming from another late client meeting.
While Erine was seated at the couch waiting for Christopher to finish signing stuff at the bank, she's asking herself if she really needs to do that. I mean she could have just gone home and leave him there since she's tired and all. But she didn't. Instead she waited until he's done. Oh well, Erine thinks that she's doing all these for her mom's team and for her mom most especially. She didn't notice that Christopher has long been standing in front of her waiting for her to get up.
They walked a few distance together and Christopher is keeping close to her side and thanking her endlessly for all the help that day. If only he could hug her, he probably had done that but he's also not sure if that would be okay with Erine. While walking, Christopher tries to conduct a short interview about Erine's personal life which Erine honestly answered. But it was cut short.
t's time for them to bid goodbye because Christopher has to take the last trip to his city. Christopher keeps saying if only he has a house or place to stay in Erine's city, he won't go home. He even joked asking if he can sleep at Erine's house but Erine said it's impossible.
When Erine went away, he asked for her number and asked if he could text her even if it is not about business. She paused and secretly hesitated but Christopher is waiting so she said okay but she doesn't really expect him to do it anyway. Erine has a philosophy that she doesn't date clients and colleagues at work.
