The First Client

Erine Lim woke up so early and excited to start her day right. Optimistic as she is, she always give her 200% in all, especially for career. She is currently doing the tasks of her mom, a well-respected Division Manager in a big real estate company who is on indefinite leave due to health status. Erine may not be as great as her mom but looks up to her as a role model and a perfect leader.

Erine is to assist today one of her most loved sales associates of their team that she's grooming to be a sales manager. Since Erine treats everyone in their sales team as family, she calls her Tita Macy. Macy is a family woman who's married to an engineer and has 3 kids. Also a devoted mom and a hard-working one.

Being in real estate sales means you're on call anytime even though you manage your own time. You basically don't have a boss and follow your own schedule. However, you share common goals with the rest of the team. To look for clients to assist, to earn, to succeed and to get rewarded. Lucky if you get recognized.

Macy has a sure house&lot buyer. A young man in his late 20's who's wanting to settle down in few years time. He's a seafarer. Macy and Erine will meet him strictly at 8am in an old time restaurant owned by Erine's highschool classmate's family. They will meet Christopher Santos who'll be coming from a different city but will get a real estate property in Erine's city.

Without finishing her breakfast, Erine dressed up in her usual smart casual work attire, chic and classy, just perfect for her figure. Makeup is just enough not to make her look pale since she's fair-skinned. She took her vitamins as source of her energy for the day. Pulled out all her sales paraphernalia and off she rode a cab after kissing her dear mom who wished her best of luck.

She arrived just in time at their meeting place. Macy is already there. Erine is wondering what he looks like. Out of curiosity, she checked outside the incoming customers. Then a tall man with a physique of a basketball player came in. He's wearing dark sunglasses and seemed to look around. He suddenly started to walk towards Erine and Macy's table. Introduced himself with a firm handshake and Erine is not really used to it. She felt some electric current and was a bit startled yet remained calm. He's 10 minutes late.
