Chapter 1: Awake

Once Upon a Time in Hyperion Heights...

Regina was working at the bar like every day being Roni when a guy entered her bar for the first time.

It was Robin. Her true love.

Robin looked at her smiling and started running:

"Regina, oh my god, you're here! You're here!" – He said looking into her eyes.

"Ahm..." – Regina said confused – "My name is Roni. I don't know any Regina."

Robin stopped smiling and looked at her realizing what was happening.

She wasn't awake.

"Regina. Roni... everything here is not true! This is all fake! You were cursed! Everyone is!" – He said trying to make her remember.

"Sir. Are you okay?" – Regina started preparing a drink – "Here you can have this drink for free. I can see you're not okay." – Regina gave him a glass of whiskey.

"You need to believe me. I'm Robin. Robin Hood. You're true love. I'm back and everyone in this town is cursed and can't remember their real memories. Their real lifes."

Regina started laughing – "So we are all cursed and don't remember who we are?" – making a confused faced - "Man... that's hard to believe. You're telling me that I'm not Roni and that my name is Regina and you're my true love? Robin Hood is my true love?

"Yes!" – Robin said looking really deep into her eyes

She started laughing again.

"So tell me, who is this... Regina?"

"Regina? Well, she one day was the Evil Queen. She wanted to kill Snow White and made her kingdom scared of her. She casted a dark curse like this one to finally make Snow White suffer. The curse brought everyone to this kingdom in a town called Storybrook in Maine. She was the mayor there and Snow White's true love, Prince Charming, was asleep so she could never be with him. But everyone didn't remember who they were. Exactly like now. So everyone had fake life's and fake memories. You stopped enjoying "your revenge" because every day was the same so you adopted a kid and you named him Henry."

"Henry? Henry Mills?"

"Yes! Henry Mills! Like your name. Regina. Regina Mills." – said Robin with hope.

"Ohhh... now I understand that non-sense. You read Henry's book! The one called "Once Upon a Time"?"

"What?"

"I know that story! Regina adoped this kid, Henry, and then his real mom called Emma Swan that was the savior broke the curse kissing him with true love's kiss when he was in a sleeping curse. After that The Evil Queen turned out to be a hero and found love... ahm... you I guess? – Regina said laughing.

"All of that story is true! You need to believe me!"

Robin was losing hope. 

He knew the only way to make her remember.

With a true love's kiss.

"I know how to wake you up from the curse."

"So tell me Robin? How?"

"Like this." – Robin kissed her instantly.

"What the he..."

Regina saw memories of her life. She saw her dark curse being casted, she saw Henry being adopted, she saw Zelena, her wicked sister, hugging her, saw Emma, Snow and David all together in the Final Battle, saw her kissing Robin and saw Robin dying and felt the pain it was again when he died.

Regina opened her eyes.

She finally knew it.

She finally understood.

Regina looked at him.

"I missed you." – she said.
