Adi's Secret

His Best Friend

*Mariana's point of view*
Adi made his way over to us with what I assumed was his little sister. I noticed that there was a guy catching up to Adi. I got to admit, both of them are pretty attractive. Adi was the one that caught my eye though. Adi sat next to my friend Cat and his friend sat in between me and Cat.
Cat:Is that your sister?
Adi:Ooh um...Yeah that's my sister Sophia.
Mariana:She's adorable.
Adi:Thanks. I'd like to get to know both of you. I'm Adi if you don't already know. I seem to have a bad reputation around here but I guess that's somewhat my fault. This is my friend Nick Mayorga.
Nick:What are your names?
Mariana:I'm Mariana and this is my friend Catalina.
Cat:You could call me Cat though.
Nick:That's a beautiful name.
Cat:Thank you.
This whole conversation was getting awkward. Besides I could tell that both of them were just trying to get at Cat. Which was weird, but I guess I can't do anything about it. I got up and stood right in front of Adi.
Mariana:Can I go play with your little sister?
Adi:Yeah sure. Here.
I grabbed Sophia and Adi smiled at me. I went out to the where my brother and Cat's sisters were. Sophia was a really adorable baby. She had long straight brown hair and she had Adi's eyes. It's weird how much they looked alike though but I mean they are siblings.
Anthony:Mariana, do you think Mom and Dad are going to separate?
Mariana:I don't know, but WHATEVER happens I'll be right there with you.
Anthony:Everyone needs a big sister like you.
I turned and looked at Adi. He was already looking at me, he smiled and put his arm around Cat. It didn't bother me because both Nick and Adi seemed to be the type to play girls. A little while later Cat got a call from her mom telling her to go home. She went back home with her two sisters. So it was just me, my brother, Adi , Nick and Adi's sister...
