The sound of Beca's alarm clock stirred her sleep until she finally woke up. She always knew that this day would come. Her father on the other hand was happy.........her, well not so much. She had other plans for her future. And those plans were to produce music, something that her father wasn't to keen on. It's been about thirty minutes now just laying in her bed half dead until she decides to get up.
After a hot shower she goes to she closet and starts to look around for clothes that would be appropriate the for her first day of college. Black boots, grey jeans, a red shirt and, a long grey vest. After packing up her bags she notices that her dad and her "step monster" hasn't woken up yet so she decides to call a cab to come pick her up.
Once she got to Barden University she meets a annoyingly perky lady."Well hi there my name is Stacie. Here is your official B.U. Rape whistle, don't blow it unless it's actually happening"!
"Ummm.......thanks",she says as she walks off. Once she arrives at her room she awkwardly greets herself to her new roommate, Kimmy Jen. "Hey..........my name is Beca",she says as Kimmy just gives her a deadly stare,"No English? Yes English? Ok just tell me where you're at with English". After that she just gave up and when she finally finished packing there was a knock at the door.
It was her dad.
**A/N Hey I know this is a little short notice but I really just wanted to do this book because I just saw the movie not too long ago (I know I'm late) and I just loved it! I hope you like this little sample I'm still trying to figure out if I should continue the book or not.**
