Chapter 5 Getting Help from Hanji (part 2)

Hanji's PoV
(Day 1, before the Date.)

"Does Captain Levi like me? And if he does, how do I not act scared? Or afraid?" Myla asked me. I pressed my finger to my lips and thought. I do, once and a while hear Levi talking about when he's in his office a lot.
I looked at her and nodded. Yes. I do believe he does. But just to confirm that he does, I personally will find out myself. Don't want your cute self getting in trouble!" I said smiling cheerfully at her. She blushed a bit. Guess she's never been called that before!! I thought.
"Please don't get killed by him, Commander Hanji." She said in a worried tone.
"I won't! He hasn't caught me yet. So I'm fine! And also, when it's just us two, you don't have to put commander in front of my name. Just call me, Hanji! K?" I stated. She nodded. "And about your shyness with Levi, I would just act like if you were with Titan boy, Mikasa, and Armin! When I've seen you with those three, you're always smiling!" I added.
"That's what Captain Levi said." She said looking down. My eyes widen with excitement.
"Really!? When!? How did he say it!? Did he say it sweetly to you? How does he act when Eren's with you!?" I kept asking question. Hey I want to know everything!
"Well he said, and I quote, 'I should smile and laugh more. And he likes hearing me laugh.' He did say it very sweetly, I guess. And that was all before I come to you for help. And when I with Eren, he seems to not like me being with him, or around Eren." She explained.

This is fantastic! Now I'm even more determined to get these two together! I even bet Levi might act a little nicer! Oh who am I kidding!? That will never happen!

"This is a cold case of jealousy!" I sightly yelled that.
"Shh! Hanji, what if he's listening?!" She said nervously. Wow she really is taking this seriously. Like with me and my research.
"Alright! But the Captain is jealous! Wait!? Is he taking you somewhere!?" I asked curiously.
"Yes. Yes he is. He told me it was three days from now. He also told me to wear something nice. The only problem is, I don't have anything nice to wear.." She said with sadness in her eyes.
"No need to fear!! I mean, no need to look sad!! Hanji's here to save the day! Follow me!" I said, putting both hands on my hips before walking to my closet. I did hear that when she laughs, she sounds like an angel. And whoever said that, they weren't wrong. I didn't stop looking for the perfect outfit because of how shy she is.

5 minutes later from Hanji's outfit hunting...

"Found it!" I said showing it to Myla. It was a light blue knee high dress. It had a brown belt that went around the waist. I also handed her brown boots that was in the middle from the knee to the  was the perfect outfit to wear to impress Levi. And he's a hard guy to impress!
"Thanks Hanji!" She said taking the outfit. She also had a small smile on her face.
"I never got to wear it, cos everyone thought I was crazy or something. So you can keep it!" I smiled.
"Your not crazy. I think your really a good friend to have around. People just have to get to know you better. That's all." She smiled brightly. I wiped a fake tear.
"That's the nicest thing someone has ever said to me! Thank you, Myla!" I said hugging her. She hugged me back. It got ruined by someone opening my door without knocking. And I knew who it was.

Levi.

I let go of the hug, and whispered something in Myla's ear. "Don't let Levi see that outfit. And you should get to lunch before it's over!" I told her. She nodded and walked out if my office making sure short stuff didn't see the dress. I walked out of my room and sat at my desk while Levi watched Myla leave. Once she left I asked him a question.
"Do you like her?" He glared at me.
"That's none of your damn business, Four eyes! What was she carrying behind her back, that she wouldn't let me see?" He crossed his arms.
"An outfit I gave her. She told me that someone was going to take her out, three days from now! And I wonder who that could be?! Maybe Eren Jäger asked her-"
"I did! Do not say that Titan brats name!" He said pissed off. I think I hit a nerve.
"So you do like her?! I knew it, I knew it, I knew it! I was right!" I said jumping up and down.
"Could you shut the hell up!? Geez your annoying." Levi ordered.
"Sorry short stuff! Do you need my help with anything?" I asked getting serious.
"Should I kiss her?" He asked looking at the ground.
"When it comes to the right moment. Don't ask if she brushed her teeth or not, that will only ruin the moment. If I were you, I would take her outside at night so she could see the stars. The find your opportunity and kiss her. And don't kiss her roughly, kiss her gently." I explained to him. And for the first time, Levi stayed and actually listened to what I had to tell him. I did a happy dance in my mind.
All he did was nod, and leave. Probably thinking how he should plan the day out.

Myla's PoV

After I walked out of Hanji's office, I ran to my room and hung the dress in my closet. I also put the boots at the bottom of my closet. After I did that, I ran to the lunch room and got my food and sat between Armin and Eren.
"Hey Myla! What took you so long?" Sasha asked with food in her mouth.
"Oh, uh, I was talking with Section Commander Hanji about something." I responded.
"Did she help you?" Eren asked me, looking at me. You see, Eren's the only one that really knows why I talked to her.
"Yea, she did. She's a great person to talk to, when it doesn't involve Titans." I said starting to eat my food.
"I have noticed something a little odd and different about the Captain." Mikasa said out of no where.
"Like what?" Con nice asked keeping his food away from Sasha.
"Well earlier today, I was walking past his office trying to find Eren." She began. We all rolled our eyes, knowing that she's always trying to find him. "And I heard him talking about Myla." She added with a blank stare. Speaking of the devil, Captain Levi along side Hanji just had to show up at the wrong time. And I had to do something about it.
"What do you mean, Mikasa?" Armin asked.
"Are you saying that the Captain might have a crush on Myla?" Sasha blurted with food in her mouth.
"Sasha close your mouth! That's disgusting!!" Connie said.
"Oh sorry!!" Sasha said taking more bits of her food.
"I'm not 100% sure, but yea I think he-" I slammed my hands down on the table making everyone jump and getting looks from everyone including Hanji and Levi.
"That's not true! The Captain does not have a crush on me, nor will he ever! No one will ever love me. I lost them a long time ago! My love for people died when they died!!" I yelled looking at my hand tears falling from my eyes, blurring my vision. I got from my seat, and ran to a tree I found earlier that day. I climbed it and sat on the branch crying my eyes out. One, because everyone heard about my past and it was embarrassing, and two because I realized that the Captain is going to be pissed at me for saying that.

God what have I done to myself?!

Eren's PoV

"I'm not 100% sure, but yea I think he-"
I jumped cos Myla slammed her hands on the table, making everyone stare. That's not good. I thought.
"That's not true! The Captain doesn't have a crush on me, nor will he ever! No one will ever love me. I lost them a long time ago! My love for people died when they died!!" She said tears falling from her eyes. She got up from our table and ran outside. I got up as well to follow after her.
"Nice going, Mikasa!" I stated pissed off. I left the table and didn't turn to see Mikasa's face. I already knew she had a pity look in her eyes. I started running after Myla. I found her up on a tree crying. I climb the tree and hugged her tightly. I hate seeing Myla sad or crying. I wanted her to smile and laugh more.
"Don't worry about it. I'll talk with Mikasa. I'll make sure she doesn't say anything that will hurt you." I said calmly. She looked up at me with her beautiful green eyes. I cupped her cheeks with my hands bringing her closer towards me. I started closing the space between us and met her lips with mine, and kissed her passionately pulling her closer to me. She had the most softest lips I have ever touched. That was ruined by a very annoying short a Captain.
"Hey brat?! Stop making out with her and go clean the stables! NOW!!" He yelled at me. Myla backed from the kiss blushing. Before I picked her up to take her down from the tree I kissed her on the forehead. I let her get on my back and I climbed down from the tree and to the ground. She got off my back and stepped beside me. I saluted the Captain, and went to clean the stables. For some reason, I feel very uneasy leaving her with him. Alone. I have a bad feeling about this.
