" Alright guys tonight is our showcase before our biggest competition of the year, lets make it a great one ok." our cheer coach says and we all nod.
"Ok you all can go just be back here by 5:30 alright?" he says and we nod and then we break and I go grab my bag.
"Hey Kayla." I hear and I turn around and see one of my stunt partners Aiden running over to me.
"Oh hey Aiden what's up?" I asked.
" I just wanted to see if your family was coming tonight?" he asked .
"um my friends and my brothers are coming." I tell him.
" is your boyfriend coming tonight with his bandmates.?" he asked.
" uh sadly no, um Michael and chance and the guys are in New York right now so they can't make it." I say.
" oh , well the coaches are videotaping the performances and giving us the link to send to people who couldn't make it so you can send it to them." he says and I smile.
" thats cool thank for letting me know ." I say and then we say our goodbyes and I head to my car to head home. Once I get home I shower real quick and then change into:

I saw miles was home so I thought I would see what he was doing, I knocked on his door and he said come in. I walked in and saw he was face timing Michael. I said hi to him and then turned to miles.
"Hey so you and Alex are coming tonight right?" I asked him and he nodded.
"yea, what time does it start?" he asked
" it starts at 7 but get there early for a good seat, Matt, emeraude , Presley and my brothers are going too." I tell him and he nods. I say bye to both guys and then go back to my room. I hear my phone ring and see it's shawnee calling me. I smile and answer.
"Hey shawnee " I say answering the phone.
" hey kay. I was wondering if you could watch Brooklyn for a bit I need to go do some errands." she says.
" yea of course, I miss her anyways, I'll come get her right now." I tell her
" great thank you so much. I'll have her ready for you. see you in a bit." she says
" alright bye." I say hanging up the phone. I grab my things and go back to miles room.
"hey I am going to pick up Brooklyn, I'll be back." I tell him and he says ok.
Miles POV
" Hey I am going to pick up Brooklyn , I'll be back." she says before leaving . I then turn back to the screen.
" So is it just you coming tonight?" I ask him.
" Um it's me and chance, we wanted to surprise her." he says smiling.
