I kind of always knew that I will fall in love with her. When I was young, my sister and I used to play a game that tests endurance. We would splash water on each other's faces and the one who does not blink is the winner. But of course, involuntary muscles would move causing my eyes to twitch and I kept on blinking. But I didn't know that there was something that would keep my eyes open. I didn't know that there's something so beautiful that would mesmerize me and would keep me staring at.
"Aish! Why can't I do it though?" He yelled and ran his hands through his hair. It's already eleven in the evening but Sungjae chose to stay in the dance room to practice their choreography for their next comeback. He has been having trouble in following the routines that he volunteered to clean up the dance room alone to avoid his hyungs. He felt sorry that they are adjusting the pace of the song for him. He doesn't want to burden them. Behind his spoiled and evil maknae image, he still cares and loves them. His stomach growled reminding him of his missed dinner. He stood up to drop by the nearest convenience store to buy some ramyeon and energy drink to keep him awake.
"Annyeonghaseyo." He greeted the cashier as soon as he entered the store. He marched his way to grab a drink and yogurt. As he walked to proceed to the aisle where the ramyeon is located, the lights suddenly starts blinking. He felt shivers ran down his spine. He can hear footsteps nearing him. Ignoring the creepy aura, he brisk walked towards the shelf. As soon as he grabbed the ramyeon, another hand grabbed it causing him to jump out of horror and drop the ramyeon on the floor. The figure whose face is hidden by the hood of the jacket knelt down to pick up the ramyeon. As soon as this human being stood up giving him the full view of who is it, he can't help but curse.
