Sorry, but I'm going to insert an OC in this chapter for the sake of the plot. Warning: they're going to be somewhat annoying.
Thank you for reading up to this chapter! Here you go!

Another Monday opening the curtains.
"Hey. I have some news to tell," read the phone screen.
"A relative my age will start living with me?" I read the text out loud. Well, that sure was unexpected. I re-read the string of letters displayed in front of my eyes. A cousin, huh? I guess it's about time I have company in this huge-ass mansion..
I threw myself back to the bed, ending up having a staring contest with the ceiling. Until a voice came saying, "Don't you want to leave for school now?" Ah.. right. I have that pest in here. Oops, I forgot. "There's still a lot of time, I want to lie down for a bit." I coldly answered. That's when the redhead barged into my room, without any warning, in his usual amused grin. What's up this time?
"What's new?"
Ha?
"Tell me,"
And who are you to demand like that? You ain't got anything to do with my business.
....or at least that's what I wish my lips spoke.
I ended up with a "Uh, just a cousin that's gonna start living here with me.". For some reason, I just can't go against Karma. "Eeh~ I see, I guess now that you're not alone I'm not needed anymore!" "Karma, you don't belong here in the first place." "Aw, that hurt," he fake-pouted.
I also heard from the message earlier that the new girl's gonna be studying in Kunugigaoka, although not in the E-class.. I wonder if I should tell him about that, too. Hmm.. maybe not. But we'll see how everything goes tonight when she arrives here.
"Hey, it's time to leave, let's go."
"Okay~" as he followed me out the front door.
~
A regular day in the E-class, another day of acting all sweet and shy. Although I'm still very nervous about the fact that two people in this class know me, instead of Yukari. I seriously hope they don't do anything about it!
There wasn't much of note today in school.
I saw no signs of secret-spilling, so that's good.
~ That night... ~
Knock knock.
Ah, there she is. I ran down the huge staircases, straight to the front door, opening it carefully with anticipation. I'm meeting a cousin that you could call a stranger to me, who's gonna be staying in the same building as me for quite a while... Not really the most comfortable feeling, but I'll have to make a good first impression.
"Welcome to the mansion," I smiled casually at the girl standing in the doorway. Her eyes were darted everywhere but me. I wouldn't say I'm surprised-- this mansion is grand after all. It took her a while until my existence there got through to her. "Ah!"
"Sorry!! The mansion is too amazing, I didn't realize you were there!!" in a typical cheerful-girl voice. For real, my dude? Or dudette, I could say. But really, is it even possible to ignore me when I'm standing right in front of her, welcoming? I'm hurt.
Just kidding.
"It's all good. Come in, I'll lead you to your bedroom," I offered, while lifting one of her many luggages to my shoulder. Damn, this is pretty heavy. Walking back up the stairs, to the bedroom face-to-face to mine.
