Battle at the bridge

The next morning I woke up early and was the first one up. I then stretched and woke up Saphira and got dressed and told her to go get some food. She nodded and flew out the window I had opened. I then heard what sounded like a window opening and closing and someone jumping out the window. I then look and see Sai. I made sure he didn’t see me just in case he was up to something. He then walked out onto the little unfinished bridge and sat down and pulled out what looked like drawing equipment. I then smiled and grabbed my own equipment for drawing and jumped out my window. I then quietly walked up behind him and saw that he was drawing a canvas. I then said

"Hmmm I would have thought that you would have been drawing a landscape but you’re drawing an abstract huh"

"Is there something you want" I then give him a fake smile which he returns

"Ah that fake smile so are you not done hitting me then" I then glare at him out of the corner of my eye and say

"No I’m not" we then drop our smiles for a bit and just glare at each other for a few seconds until I say

"Sai chill out I’m just kidding shesh. I just came to see what you were doing and to draw that’s all calm down"

"Oh okay then"

I then sit down next to him and open up my note book. He then sees a few of my drawings and says

"Hey Akira would it be okay if I looked at your drawings"

I then look at him and say

"Sure can I see yours?"

"Ya" He then hands me his note book and I hand him mine. I then flip through all of his drawings and they were all mostly abstracts. I then see that he stopped on one of my drawings and it was of me and Sasuke together and we were with my team. He then looks at me and says

"You really do care about him don’t you" I then look up into the sky and remember all of the good times me and Sasuke had and all of the smiles we shared and that day he left. I then reached up and grabbed my necklace that was connected to his. I then look back at Sai and said

"Yes I do care about him a lot"

"I see"

It was then really quite and Sai finished looking at all my drawings and said

"You know your drawings are amazing"

"Thank you your drawings are pretty good as well" I then smile at him and he smiles back we then go back to drawing. I was drawing a picture of the 12 tailed fox that was next to the 11 tailed and then Saphira next to Matsukiome and Kora. I then heard Sakura get up along with everyone else. I told Kimkio where I was and he told Jimmy and they both came sprinting out here thinking I was about to kill Sai. But they then realized that everything was fine and were quite surprised that I wasn’t beating the crap out of Sai and that I was drawing next to him. I had just finished drawing when they came up. I then felt them both look over my shoulder and said

"If you guys want to see next time just ask you guys are loud as ever."

"hehehe sorry sis but can we see what you made."

"Ya sure here ya go" I then gave him my note book and showed them both the drawings of Jimmy with Kora and the drawings of the two foxes together then one of all three dragons together. they loved all of them. I then heard Naruto come out and I got up since he wasn’t in the best of moods.

"No wonder you can only say such callous things! It's about time for us to leave. Captain Yamato told me to come get all of you"

I then nod and Naruto comes over to us and walks right up behind Sai and looks at his drawing.
