For this song, I do not have any written out strumming patterns but if you listen to the piano version of this (Linked above), and play along with that you will get a few different patterns that all work out pretty well. Playing with the piano version is also good practice because it helps you to get better at changing chords on time (with someone singing). It can also aid you in learning to work out songs yourself (for this one just the strumming but eventually you'll hear different chords and be able to start learning songs by ear instead of looking up tabs and such and praying it is the correct version, or listening to me and playing it the way I tell you too xD), which with some practice can be super easy.

So that is This Is Gospel by Brendon Urie ft whoever is left in the band at this point. I mean, Panic! at the Disco... I love this song so much and it is kind of fun to play sometimes. It is super easy, I figured it out in about ten minutes :)!!
