It's been a month since King was sent to a different universe. Merlin is in her room trying to complete her experiment the after steps. There was little headway since a month ago. Everyone else when or if they had time, or even if they want to; which they did: try to help Merlin with finding info. for this experiment.
The info. they gotten is mostly rumors and old books that, even though they had little details in them. Some made notes on what they found, while others just give the books of info. to her without doing the additional work to help her. They even ask King Arthur Pendragon and King Bartra Liones, if they could also help them in the search, which they gladly acceded.
During this period of time without their friend and teammate: King; they started to act and feel different. Most of them have noticed that there's a cloud over their heads.
Everything was okay for a week before small changes started to pop up. Let's first talk about Ban. Without King, he can't prank him if he's not here or has funny arguments. But after the first week went by, he started to become irritable. During the second week: two days in; he went off on his captain: Meliodas; when he drank his bottle of alcohol without noticing that it wasn't his. Meliodas took it like a shocked champ... Well, he didn't through punches this time. But he did when Gowther was just being himself... The rest of the Sins doesn't even know what ticked him off... But towards the end of the month, he locked himself in his room, so he doesn't go off on anyone else.
Now let's talk about Diane. She didn't become irritable like Ban, no, she just depressed. Well, her friend and crush just disappeared, so he nows curled up in a small ball: Merlin turned her smaller, so she could be moved earlier; and crying almost none stop. This happened towards the end of the month. Well, more like the middle of it. Ban went off on her a few times, which didn't make any of them any better.
Everyone else hasn't changed really, other than being down in the dumps. Others try their best to help Ban and Diane, which only cause pain to them or the others. Merlin keeps out of it and stays in her room. But let's give a more in-depth explanation of what some of Ban and Diane's days...
The second week: Two days in; Ban's life.
Band and Meliodas are sitting on the wooden chairs that are lined up at the bar, drinking away. They talked off and on about where they should go for finding new info... Or if they should go in groups to different locations.
During their conversation, Meliodas didn't realize that he picked up Ban's cup of alcohol. But Ban notice once he went to grab his cup, looking down he looks that it wasn't there, looking towards his captain, he sees meliodas's cup next to him but he's drinking from his cup. For some reason, this got him worked up for no reason.
He stood up from his chair, grabbing it before he smashes Meliodas in the head. Shocking him, Meliodas didn't see this coming. Mostly because Ban doesn't act this way. Well, it's very rare for him too. He's usually chill, happy, and lazy. But Meliodas wasn't upset with him at all.
Ban, on the other hand, stomps upstairs before slamming his door shut.
Second week: four days in;
The second time that Ban blow up is when Gowther was talking to him about the books he's been reading and what he found out. But Gowther was being Gowther, so his conversation became a drawn out speech. As Ban becomes angrier: which Gowther notices; Gowther starts to give out a percentage of what the outcome was going to be.
Which was a 94 % chance of Ban throwing him out through a window and 6% storming upstairs to his room.
We all know what happened.
The fourth week: one day in;
The last blow up he did, was when Elizabeth was being her worried self. She was worried about him and Diane.
Once she said that he tried to slam her to a hall, which was beaten senseless by their captain and hold down by Escanor. They tied him up before putting him in his room. But later he got himself out of the ropes, only to sit on his bed, thinking on what he just did.
That he told himself that he needs to stay in there until he calms down enough to be around the others. Without hurting them.
Diane's turn!:
During the first two weeks, Diane was of course sad. Who wouldn't be? Her friend and crush just disappeared in smoke by an experiment that was in the early test stages. They don't even know if he's alive: which they all hope he is; and healthy. She and the other's are trying their best to find anything, even if they're small clues or journal entries.
But as the days turn into weeks, she starts to become depressed. Towards the end of the month, Elizabeth couldn't come close to cheering Diane up. Elizabeth at the moment can only watch Diane as she cries until falls asleep. But she knows that once they found King, both Ban and Diane can go back to normal.
Last day of the month:
Meliodas called the rest of the Sins, Elizabeth and Hawk to a meeting. The two Sins that was talked about before is of course not there in the bar. The team is either standing or sitting on the wooden chairs.
"We all know why I've called you here," Meliodas starts looking at them. "Since King disappeared, both Ban and Diane haven't been acting like their normal selves. I know that they're not the only ones that are affected: we're too, but we need to work faster before anyone else becomes like the two."
"We're close to my home," Elizabeth starts. "I could ask my father and sister if they could help us."
"I could a little bit of time to talk to King Arthur if he can help as well."
" Gowther and I could talk to the villagers in both kingdoms," Escanor says.
"Okay! Let's get going then!!" Meliodas smiles.
"Wait! What am I going to do??" Hawks asks.
"You can stay here and wait for the place," Meliodas tells him "It's very important. Make sure the two upstairs don't leave or cause any damage, okay?"
"You can count on me!"
With that, the rest of the Sins went off to both kingdoms to request for the royals help. Hopefully, this will speeds things up to find King.
