≪Chapter 1≫

Y/N's P.O.V

Summer break was almost over I was planning to find a descent job becuase I recently finished high school.But that wasn't the case my oh so thoughtful parents applied me to one of the best art colleges in seoul.

Currently I'm in my room packing my clothes in my suitcase.My room was almost cleared and bare.Tears fell from my eyes I didn't want to leave America to go to korea I was the type of person who didn't like change at all.Just as I finished packing my door creecked open I turned my head and gleared noticing it was my mother."y/n don't look me like that"she sighed with a hurtful look I just snickered "you know this could be a good start,making new friends,doing what you like best and maybe even find a cute boy!!"she chimed while smirking at me.My mother always seemed younger for her age she was probably more excited than I was at this point.

I just stayed silent I wasn't in the mood to talk "oh well just come down when your ready the taxi will be here soon"she odered while walking out the door I just hummed in response.I quickly took a shower with my favourite mango body wash and picked out comfy clothing for the journey.

I made my way down stairs and said goodbye to my parents.They shed a few tears my father gave me my passport and ticket.Then I heared the taxi honk from outside and left the house looking back at it one last time before the car drove away.My parents couldn't come with me since they were too busy with running their company.Sometimes I think going to korea was just so I could get out of their way because they were always busy.In my home town I never really had friends because people were only my friends for my money so I'm not very good with social skills.Speaking Korean wasn't going to be hard because my parents were from Korea and we always spoke it at home.I'm just wondering what the campus looks like.

I was now bording the plane taking a deep sigh then entering the plane and I took my seat.I had my own private jet thank god there's always that one child that crys on the plane.We were lifting off and I looked out the window in deep thought.Maybe this was a good idea after all maybe I could make friends and major in something like photography or fashion.Mabye my mother was right all along. 
You thought wrong...very wrong indeed.I took out my phone and started playing games and listening to music.

The plane ride was 6 hours long and I could already tell I was going to get jet lag.I arrived in  Seoul airport after getting my lugage and things I found a man dressed in a black suit holding a poster with my name on it figures.I slowly walked up to him "Welcome to Seoul Miss y/n I will be driving you to the college follow me"He explained I nodded then followed this man to the car.

Once we got in and he loaded the bags at the back we drove off.I looked out the window at all the busy streets of Seoul things I like about Korea was their culture and food.The comfortable silence was cut off "So y/n your parents told me they got you one of the best apartments in the college and you will have a roommate I don't know the gender but it's probably a girl"The driver spoke I nodded with a smile he seemed nice other divers and maids would just ignore me back home. "So how do you feel about starting college here,I heard the College is fantastic " he questions "ecstatic"I replied with a sad smile trying to look somewhat happy ...."let me guess you miss home"he said while looking in the mirror at me.I looked down at my lap and and nodded "why are you being so nice to me?" I blurted out my thoughts immediately regretting it. "What do you mean?"he asked with a confused expression "ah nothing" I said guess people in Korea are more friendly.I like that.
