Jungkook POV.
Sitting on a balcony and looking up at the clouds was my favourite thing to do on weekends like this. Slow and steady, the wind wasn't blowing and the cherry blossoms were blooming, as well as the daisies and tulips. My boyfriend, Taehyung, inside and dozing off calmly.
I turned to him every once in a while, him lying in a different position each time. I smiled and turned back around to look back up at the clouds and non-visible sun behind the long soft sheets. It was spring, the time of the year when the birds chirp and life is given. Also the time when relationships show more love with gifts from their heart and words from their lips.
I turned around again and he wasn't in our bed anymore. I looked around and didn't see him, thinking maybe he would be in the bathroom. Of course I checked, no sign of him. I briefly shook my head and walked back outside to look at the clouds again. The slow movement always calmed me down, as well as watching which cloud would change faster and slower.
I couldn't help but think about Taehyung, worrying about him and where he could've ran off to. I know he enjoys seeing new things, but he would've told me if he were leaving the house. I sat there, thinking as I fiddled with my long over sized blue shirt. Until... I saw a flash mirror off the white metal railing. Camera.
"Ah... Hyung I know it's you." I spoke out, trying to not seem excited for his presence. His fascination in cameras always made me smile, especially knowing he loves taking pictures of me in my own little world.
"Jungkook-ah you're quite right," Taehyung replied to me and walked over to sit behind me. "You look mesmerizing." He then complimented me. I smiled more and continued looking up at the clouds. Taehyung was looking at the picture in his camera, I couldn't help but sneak a peak at it.
"I look like a child." I teased at him, looking at him afterwords. He was analyzing the photo as well as admiring it. All you could see from me is the blue shirt, a black and white stripped shirt underneath the blue one. My dark brown hair shining in the sun as my hand held onto the railing in front of me.
"The longer I look the more I fall." Taehyung whispered quietly.
"Do you want me to catch you?" I asked, a bit confused as to what he meant.
"No, I want you to fall with me." He replied. I felt a ball in my throat and my stomach jumped, I looked back at him again as he looked at me. We locked eyes for a good while, eventually his hand laid on my cheek and caressed it softly.
"Let's fall together, then." I choked out a few words and moved closer to Taehyung. His eyes were glistening happily and his hair felt soft to the touch.
"Soft boy..." Taehyung chuckled and bit his lip before looking down to break the eye contact, shy running across his cheeks and smile. I stood up slowly and leaned against the railing in front of us, looking off at the landscape and admiring it.
I wanted to look down and see if he left yet but I didn't want to take my chances of us colliding in sight again. I heard Taehyung call out for me from our bedroom but I kept looking out at the landscape in front of me. He called out again and I turned around before speaking in an annoyed tone,
"What Tae?" I wanted to tease him, but I couldn't help but apologize for my tone. He started to laugh and invite me to the bed with him. I felt that ball in my throat again, wondering how I could ever manage to join him in that bed, his arms comforting me in a way I couldn't ever explain.
I then made myself agree, starting to join him in bed slowly, my legs shaking from my nerves and my eyes still unable to look at those penetrating eyes that his handsome face owns in the most beautiful way ever imaginable. I could feel his hand make contact with my cheek again, turning my face to make eye contact with me again.
"You know I love you, right?" Taehyung spoke to me. Of course I know he loves me, how could I not know? It's so obvious, he literally invites me to his hotel room every night and I can never, never, say no to him, how could I not? I love him too...
"Yes, and I love you. How can I not? You're so handsome and your words are so indescribable, it feels so ethereal and the simple sound of your voice makes me stomach fill up with fireflies. It feels weird but I love it because you're the reason why I'm like this and I couldn't ask for anything more, nor anything less. I want to be with you... But if we get caught, we'll get fired, so I'll just sneak into your room every night and sleep with you and act like we're just brothers because that's all I can say, right? I know it's wrong but I just love you so dearly, please don't leave me..." I started to choke up, every word I say Taehyung just starts to smile more and more before hugging me tightly, making my body fill with warmth and love.
"I'll never leave you, Bun." He whispers in my ears, and suddenly every shy feeling in my body relieves me. I love him, I really do.
