Chapter 11 Telling My Friends Part 1

In the last chapter, Sofia and her mom and dad had a family meeting about what was going to happen. When her dad said that they weren't going to move she felt relief, but then her mom said that her grandmother is going to move closer to where they lived, so they can look after her better. But then her relief went back to sadness. She isn't going to see her friend the whole summer, she will be help her grandmother get ready to move one neighborhood down where live, and she was nervous to tell her friends and Brandon. Thing were going back to the way it was and now this.!! "What are they going to say or do"? I am so nervous.!!

(Inside Sofia Messages) : 

Sofia: Hey are you guys going to meet me at the park in ten minutes because I have something important to tell you guys!.!!

Brandon: Yeah of course. What do you need to talk about?

Sofia: Well... Here the thing, I am not moving but...

Brandon: But what??

Sofia: I won't get to see you or the girls all summer...

Brandon: What?? Why is that? Did you get in trouble or something??

Sofia: NO. It is not like that.

Brandon: Than, What is it like?

Sofia: My Grandmother is moving one neighborhood down from us, and I will be helping her move and it is going to take a month in a half just to move because she hasn't started packing yet. So when school lets out I going down to Atlanta to get started.

Brandon: Did you tell girls this yet? And is your older sister coming down to help you out?

Sofia: Yes, Layla is taking time off from college to help out. 

Brandon: This means that I can't help?

Sofia: What??

Brandon: What I mean is if you need more help,I can help you out.

Sofia: Oh!! Okay. I have to ask if you can but I don't see why not.  

Brandon: Do you want to walk to the park together?

Sofia: Sure. I will you outside.

Brandon: See in five.

5 minutes later:

Sofia went down stairs and then she heard the door ring. It was Brandon. He ask, you ready to tell them? No not really but I need to. Sofia said nervously. Well I am there with you to tell them, I don't they would be mad. I think they will ask you many many questions. Brandon said. Well let going I said the park right next to the neighborhood, so they might be there all ready. Sofia said. Yeah they might. Just walking made Sofia feel like she is going to pass out, but with Brandon there she felt that he will help her, If she falls or with talking. They continued to move into the park, and that just made her worst somehow. Then they stopped. I can't move. I can't do it. Not now. I don't want to lose them. Sofia sadly explained. Do you want me to tell them, You are not going to lose them as friends, I know these girls they are not like that t all, and if they say they can't be friends with you because you are not going t hand out with them this summer, well then I am here for you. If you need me I will stand by you. Said Brandon. Man I can't believe he would do this for me. Me. Wow he can make the best boyfriend if he just ask me out. Well are you ready Yes I am. Lets go.
