When I was younger, I overheard a conversation that took place between my parents.
According to Mom, she was driving home from work late at night when suddenly, a dog with a wild look in its eyes leapt out onto the street and was running towards her car. Only, it wasn't a dog. She described them as coyote-shaped while having a pale appearance, and there was definitely more than one.
As the pack furiously rushed towards her car, she tried to swerve out of their way to avoid hitting them. Suddenly, multiple thumps could be heard; two from the side and one in the front.
Being close to home, she quickly turned into the driveway to inspect the car in the dim moonlight, to see if any damage had been done.
There were large indentations on the sides of her car and in the front, but there were no indications of blood or fur whatsoever.
