So true when Im truly upset I run my best. Almost every time I PR I was really upset that day for instants today I was stressed because we have finals and I ran better than ever. Running really is a therapy for me. When I'm mad instead of yelling I run. Just like some people do soccer others basket ball ,I run. You need a out put to have good mental stability, and I would know I got every bad mental disease in my DNA possible! So belive me when I say you need a out put. Running is always the best way deal with mental issues. It's a mental sport so no matter how bad you are mentally if you run you will be able to keep it togther.
