Mr. Gohan slammed the door to my date planning office.
"It's over!" He yelled at me as he stood over my desk.
"Mr. Gohan! Calm down! Tell me what happened." I jumped up and moved to comfort him.
"See this!" He pulls a ring from his pocket. "I was going to propose! You had even planned out the perfect date yet again."
"So, why didn't you propose? What happened?"
"Well, I was about to when I realized there was something wrong with Veronica."
I looked up and met his eyes. "What?"
"She isn't you, Lilly. She isn't you. You have helped me find love and plan out these dates, but this whole time I've realized that it is you I've been looking for. It took me almost proposing to the wrong woman to figure that out."

Our child glanced at me. "What happens next, Mama?"
"That is a tale for another day, my little one. But now you know how your father and I started dating."
