Belle's POV

I have to admit, I felt a smidge of guilt for snapping at Hannah like that. But I also didn't care, whatsoever.
Michael and I have just arrived at the hotel pool, and it looks nothing short of enchanting.
The walls are plastered in intricate orange and gold paintings of volcanoes and nature. Deep green plants grow around the walls, adding to the tropical, warm vibe of the room. The water shimmered in the white beaming lights, hot steam evaporating from the pool. Nothing but the soothing sound of the water calmly swirling back and forth remained. It looked extremely inviting.
Michael carefully places our towels on the bamboo-wood bench, as we both remove our white hotel robes.
My feet slap the black tiled ground as I stroll over to the water. I carefully dip my top in, and it sends chills all over my body.
"Is it hot?" Michael asks, now standing beside me. He dips his toe in too, then looks at me with a grin, "Let's get in".
We both go down the underwater steps, the hot water reaching higher up our cold bodies.
"I really need this" I sigh at the serenity of the pool.
"Me too" He replies, dunking his whole body under water. He swims underwater towards me, I can see his blurry silhouette. His hands grab my legs, as he strongly pulls me towards him. The warmth of the pool makes me feel so energetic, yet comforted and relaxed. Michael pulls my legs around just above his waist, as I lock them behind him.
"Hey, you're heads still dry!" He exclaims in disbelief.
"What's wrong with that?" I chuckle, our faces close.
"You have to dunk yourself first!" He smirks, leaning his body forwards. This makes me fall backwards, submerging me into the heat of the water. I pull myself back up, and gasp for air.
"Thanks Mike" I giggle, rubbing my eyes from the chlorine.
"Sorry, I had to!" He giggles, peeling the wet strands of hair from my face, "You look hot."
Even though I've been with Michael for a couple of months now, he still makes me feel so lucky and happy. I get butterflies like I did when I first met him.
He stands up slightly, his knees still bent, as I hold myself up by swirling my hands and legs in the water. His wet curls drop over his face above me, a smile painted on his lips. He places his hands behind my head, pressing his damp, warm lips against mine.
This feels like something out of a movie. As the empty pool fills with romance and intimacy, our kiss becomes more passionate and lustful.
"I'm so in love with you" Michael whispers, against my lips.
"And I'm so in love with you" I respond, scrunching my nose.
"I'll never hurt you, Bel" His eyes pierce into mine.
"I know you won't" I speak the entire truth. He's nothing but a sweet angel to me.
Suddenly, I get sucked out of this beautiful moment. The door swings open to reveal no other, than Hannah. She has a knack for ruining things.
"Oh hey, you guys got here before me!" She shouts. The serenity of this pool cries, as she waddles in a pair of pink flip flops.
Michael and I exchange looks, as we decide to let her be. Just because she's in here, doesn't mean we have to be with her.
Michael fiddles with my wet hair, as I gaze at his elegant caramel complexion. He is truly beautiful, I feel so lucky to call him my boyfriend. I'm so proud of him.
"Something on my face?" He snickers, quickly submerging his face in water and rising up again. He's fully aware I'm admiring his appearance.
"No, nothing. You're just beautiful." I say quietly, as our faces are inches apart. He raises his eyebrows, water drops running down his forehead from his hair.
"You think I'm beautiful?" He mocks me smiling, with a proud yet childish tone.
"I do" I giggle, as he kisses me again. Our lips move perfectly against each other, in perfect rhythm. I scrunch my hands into his wet curls, as a soft moan escapes his lips.
The sound of someone swimming obnoxiously, gets louder and louder as they get closer. Michael pulls back from the kiss and looks in front of him, they were behind me. I didn't need to turn, I knew who it was.
"Hey Michael" Hannah breathes, while flapping her hands around in the water.
"Hi, Hannah" Michael sighs, slightly less happily than her. He's too nice to stand up for himself, unless you really push his buttons.
"What you guys doin'?" She says, when we are clearly trying to kiss without disruption.
"It's called kissing" I over pronounce each syllable, slightly patronising her.
"Cool" She mutters, continuing to swim past.
"She's probably not used to it" I whisper to Michael, making his laugh louder than he should have. She shoots us a, probably deserved, glare as she swims on.
"What time do we get up tomorrow?" I say to Michael, trying to ignore Hannah's ugly presence.
"I think about 5:15am, Frank said" Michael responds, still looking full of laughter. Michael's hands are tightly around my small waist, his eyes level with mine.
I casually turn my head to the side, to notice Hannah leant against the side of the pool, her eyes squinting directly at us.
"Can I help you?" I say sarcastically, frowning at her. I'm not normally one to stand up for myself and be so confident, but I guess there was a sense of protection over Michael that made me this way.
"You think you're so special, don't you?" She exhales, shaking her head.
"Excuse you?" Michael snaps at Hannah, his eyes echoing her squint.
"She just seems to think she has you wrapped around her little finger" Hannah continues, swimming towards us.
"What makes you think you can talk this way about her? About anyone?" Michael scowls.
"What have I ever done to you anyway?" I chime in.
"You think you're so important now you're so-called dating Michael, but you're nothing more than you were before. A random nobody from Bethlehem." She scoffs.
How she knew where I grew up, I have no idea.
"Do not talk to her like that" Michael says angrily, I could see the fury building up in him. If you want to hurt Michael, don't come at him, come at someone he loves.
"I'm not sure why you think you know me so well but..." I begin.
"Anyone with half a brain could get with Michael, it's not that hard" She interrupts me, rolling her eyes.
"And what's that supposed to mean?" Michael exclaims, his hands in the air.
"You'll fall for anyone slightly attractive and somewhat talented", She rambles, "Don't let that go to you're head, Isabelle."
"That is not true at all, and you don't know me at all", Michael scoffs angrily. Michael's now facing Hannah, clearly infuriated by her ridiculous comments. It bothered me a bit, but I didn't really let it get to me. After all, she's doesn't know me at all. But Michael wasn't taking it. I've only seen this side of him when he's around Joseph.
"Mike, it's not worth it." I sigh.
"I'll prove it!" Hannah exclaims, with a sheepish smile.
She takes a step over, and instantly takes Michael's head in her wet hands, and forcefully presses her lips against his.
