Harry stands only inches away, leaning against the counter. He watches your every move carefully, knowing that if he says something even remotely harsh you might snap. A heavy sigh escapes from him. He looks straight into your eyes, trying to figure out what is going through your mind.
The amount of yelling you have done in the last few days has taken a toll on your voice. Your words come out rough as they tear at your throat. "All I know is that I can't keep doing this anymore Harry." It comes out soft, barely audible.
Something inside of him breaks. He's sure it is his heart. He looks at your tear stained face and into your puffy, red eyes. He can barely stand the sight, knowing he is the reason for it. He doesn't understand why you feel this way. "B-but we love each other."
Just the crack in his voice and the sadness in his eyes makes your heart shatter into one million tiny little pieces. You stumble quietly over to him. Your hands snake around his waist as he pushes himself off the counter. His body slightly stiff before relaxing into you and the hug. "I'm sorry Harry," you can no longer hold yourself together, sobbing into him.
Harry slowly pries you off of him. His large hand cups your cheek firmly. He presses his familiar lips against yours. He pulls you into his embrace one last time, squeezing you, taking in your scent, making sure he remembers and doesn't forget a single detail about you. He watches you walk out the door, and he hopes, only temporarily out of his life. But he knows that he loves you. And he know that he will probably always love you, even if he does forget the little details like what your shampoo smelt like.
Because he does know that he truly loves you, which is why he let you go, and if maybe by chance, you meet again, it was meant to be.

My fav Harry songs are; I CANT CHOOSE FOR THE LIFE OF ME. I love all of them. When I first heard SOTT I hated it and I thought he sounded like Adele. But then like a six months later I heard his whole album and I love all of them for different reasons, ya know? Like kiwi cause duh it's kiwi and i dance to it in my bathroom in the mornings before school. Then there's Carolina which is the first song I heard besides SOTT and Two Ghosts is amazing and I always catch my mom signing it. From the Dining Table might win just because he sounds amazing and I love everything about it. But SOTT is so good too and I just love all of them.
