The girls pick flowers.

Picking for hours.

They make crowns.

Showing off at the playgrounds.

Using all of the wildflowers.

She waited for her friend.

Trying to tie a loose end.

She brought another.

Who wasn't her brother.

It was her boyfriend.

She played with the honey.

She made it look funny.

She shaped it again.

Making it look like two men.

Then, she sold it for money.

I took her hand.

In the greenland.

We intertwined.

Both soul and mind.

And then she gave me a backhand.

The fish swam.

Straight to the dam.

The oranges and blues.

And also the jews.

Then, they met Mr. Clam.

I took the mermaid to land.

Offering her a balancing hand.

She started to walk.

Overcome with shock.

So badly, she had to be fanned.

She watched the stars twinkle.

Yet, her eyes started to crinkle.

She drifted to sleep.

Falling into a heap.

Then, it started to sprinkle.

These are old poems from fifth grade. Hope you enjoyed them. I have to admit looking back at these makes me laugh at my creativity. As of now, I'm not going to post anymore of my own unless you guys want me to.
The next chapters will probably be random poems. I think I'm going to put a poem a page, so they'll be really short! I apologize but I still hope you continue to read and enjoy!
