Chapter Six Seinaru

(Seinaru means holy)

When looking at the building in front of me I didn't know if I should be surprised or intimidated. It looked like pure luxury, something I knew little about. Yuno on the other hand looked unfazed by it, acting like it was nothing. To be honest I envied his calm and cool demeanor that made him seem like he didn't care.

"Welcome to the Golden Dawn" William spoke in a cool and even voice. "I hope you enjoy your stay" He said in a tone that made me feel uneasy. He then made a quick motion for the both of us to follow him into the building. We were then lead through the fancy halls of the base. He then suddenly stopped at a pure white door. "Yuno this will be your room" The captain said pointing at the raven haired boy beside me. He gave me a sweet smile before disappearing into his new room. The captain then turned to me and handed me a crumpled piece of paper. "Someone wishes to me" He said annoyed. 

I quickly unfolded the paper and began to read it.

I am request to meet you as soon as you receive this. I have a theory that involves you. 

-Fuegoreon Vermilion

"Are you going to go or not" The captain pointed out. To be honest I forgot he was here.     

"I am, in fact I'll be heading out right now" I stammered. After saying that I built up the mana needed to use my teleportation spell. "Holy Magic: Star Explosion" I chanted before bursting into pure light and appearing in the castle town.  I felt pride as I had finally mastered the spell that had shown up in my Grimoir three months ago.

I was looking around when I finally saw who I was looking for. There Fuegoreon stood dressed in noble attire and his hair neat, we made eye contact and he motioned for me to come over to him. Hesitating only for a moment I began to walk towards the squad captain.

"You may be wondering as to why I called you here on your first day as a magic knight" He spoke in a very high and mighty tone.

"to be honest I was" I responded shyly.

"Before that may I ask you your name" He said respectfully. I was confused, why would he invite me here if he didn't even know my name.

"Asami" I responded bluntly. Before I could even blink he had me engulfed in a tight hug. He then slowly backed away.

" I am sorry to surprise you like that, but my theory did end up being true" he grinned. I could just feel the happy energy radiating off of him.

"What do you mean" I asked completely confused.

"I might as well start at the beginning. A long time ago before house Vermilion there was another noble family that we descended from. House Seinaru, they were masters of holy and fire magic, with the main branch possessing immense magical power. Over the years their numbers slowly decreased until only the family of the main branch remained. One night this family was attacked causing everyone to believe they had died." He said with a regretful look on his face.

"And what does this have anything to do with me" I questioned tilting my head.

"A secret that only house Vermilion was that the main family had just recently had a daughter, and her name was Asami"
