Not edited, I just needed to make know that I ain't dead
As I walk in the doors of the palace, I am instantly entranced in what I see.
Colors of reds and blacks and silvers appear to shine on the walls, the ceiling, and even the floor of the main hallway leading up to the ballroom, where the party will probably be held.
On the walls stand drapes of dark blood red and black with the vampire kingdom emblem on each walk about ten times as I keep walking forward.
I stare in awe as the staff are preparing for this party and for its guests, which makes me remember who is coming.
Baekhyun told me the list in the car, and now, I realized that I am nervous.
All the royal families of the realms are attending which include the Werewolves, Elves, and two of the royal Valkyries, and I am not ready.
At first I thought this was just a left but now I have come to realized that it isn't just a party.
As I walk up the nearest stairway to where I saw Baekhyun go, take in my surroundings and its people.
The emblem drapes are still here but their are also stained glass windows on the right side of this hallway and the familiar drapes in between each of them. The windows show each of the realm emblems, one by one.
After taking in the beautiful decor, I notice four people standing in the middle of the walkway in the middle of a conversation, and I walk over to politely ask them for Baekhyun's whereabouts.
"Excuse me, but have you seen Baekhyun or at least know where he would be? I'm his plus one but I've lost him.", I admit with a light smile.
The person who answers me is a woman in her late 20's with long dark hair and a slender figure and at her side is a man of similar stature but a bit taller and to me it looks like they are married because of the appearance of the same wedding bands on their right ring finger.
"Ahh you must be Jimin. Baekhyun has told me so much about you. Follow me and I'll take you to him."
She starts walking and so does the guy to her left and I follow after.
"He's talked about me a lot?"
"Yeah he says you're a very hard worker which is why he wanted you to come."
I smile at her response.
"May I ask who you two are to him?"
I soon as I finished that sentence, she turns around and gives me a side smile.
"Ask him yourself Jimin." she answers as she opens the nearest door to her left and let's me in.
"He's down that way, past that door. We got to go, so see you around!"
She and him wave me good bye as I turn to find Baekie and she closes the door behind her.
I walk past the directed door and turn to see the man I was looking for sitting in a spinny chair in front of a large mirror on his phone.
"Baekie there you are! You just ran off and I couldn't find you." I say and he looks up from his phone and at me.
"Hi Jiminie! Sorry I was called for something majorly important"
"It was makeup, wasn't it?"
"You guess so well." he chirps as he gets out his chair and pats my head softly.
"It's because I know you so well"
