Chapter III

Jin's POV
     I went inside the store,while Yoomi was outside admiring the store.I walked up,to the counter to order our food.
"1 strawberry and 1 cookies and cream bingsu,please." I said while getting the exact amount of money.I looked for Yoomi inside the store,but didn't saw her.I then looked at the glass door and saw Yoomi, still admiring the store but with something different.A car  coming towards her.I quickly ran outside to save her,but it was too late.The car already hit her,sending her to fly and hit the ground.Once I reached outside,not caring what I dropped.I immediately ran to her side, as a crowd form around us.I held her and checked for a pulse.
"Somebody call an ambulance!! Please!" I shout at the people around me,hoping that someone will really call.
"Yoomi? Can you hear me?" I asked worriedly as I shake her a bit to wake her up.No response.I did it again for a few times and received the same response.
Please wake up Yoomi,I want to wake up from this nightmare.
"No,wake up,wake up"."I said as I held her head in my chest,while sobbing.I stayed in that position,as I couldn't believe what had just happened.The paramedics arrived shortly and took Yoomi and me in the ambulance.

   I was now sitting nervously in the waiting room.
What if the hit in her head is severe?
What if she broke some of her bones?
What if she gets in a coma?
My thoughts were interrupted by her ward door opening,making me stand up.A middle aged man stepped out.
"How is her condition,Doctor?" I asked,still nervous of the result.The doctor just looked at the results before sighing.
"Well,other than hip pain and headaches,Ms. Park can leave tommorow."The doctor said as he smiled.I sighed in relief as I hear the news.
"Kamsamnida,can I come inside her ward?" I bowed at him as he gets out of the way.As I got my hand on the doorknob.The doctor said something to me.
"Oh,And call us if she wakes up." The doctor said to me as I nodded.I quickly got inside and closed the door.I then saw Yoomi,in a hospital bed,with her head bandaged.
"Annyeong,Yoomi.You pabo,Why did you make me worry?Am I perhaps liking you?" I said as I sat down and held her hand.After a few minutes,I felt her pull away and groan in pain,as she held her head.She looked around and focused on me.
"Jin?" She asked,still in pain.
"Wait here,I'll call the doctor." I said as I stood up and went to get the doctor.

Yoomi's POV
   "You pabo,Why did you make me worry?Am I perhaps liking you?" A familiar voice said as I slowly regained consciousness.
Who said that?Jin? Stop saying that.You are making me like you more.
I felt a hand in mine.I was enjoying the moment,when I felt a sharp pain in my head.I pulled away and held my head and groaned in pain.I looked around and saw a familiar figure.
"Jin?" I asked,while the pain was lessening by the second
Wait,How did I get here?
"Wait here,I'll call the doctor." He said as he stood up and left the room.Once,the pain was gone.I tried to remember how I got here.All I remember was getting hit by a car.The doctor,along with Jin arrived a few seconds later.
"Morning,Ms.Park,How is your head doing?" The doctor asked while looking at a clipboard.
"Just a headache and a bit of pain in my hip." I said as I look at Jin.He smiled at me,I also smiled back.The doctor just hummed as he did something on his clipboard.

"Uhm,Excuse me for asking,But how did I get here?" I asked curiosly.I looked at Jin for help,But no avail.
"You don't remember?" The doctor asked surprised.I just nodded my head.
Well If I knew I wouldn't ask you,Pabo.
"Your boyfriend here brought you in here." He said while pointing to Jin,who was now surprised.I was also surprised as I blush.
"I'm not her boyfriend,I'm her bestfriend." Jin said,still surprised and laughed akwardly.
Why do I feel sad by his comment?
I also laughed akwardly.The doctor just hummed again.
"Alright,Well you can leave tommorow." The doctor said as he left the room.I quickly hit his chest playfully as I realized something.
"Yah!,Why did you do that?" He asked while massaging the spot I hit.
"What about work?" I asked as I grab my hair.I hear Jin chuckle as I shot him a glare.
"I'll just say that you got hit and I took you to the hospital." He said so simply.I just nodded.
"Hey, can you sneak in some ramen for me?" I said childishly and he just nodded and left.While I stood there smiling like a fool.

     I got out the day after and I have been at home while Jin has been by my side 24/7.It was fine at first but it was making me feel like he was my boyfriend after a while.Even if I try to go to the park alone,I can't,because he will follow or as he says "make sure that I am safe" me.I sigh as I ran my hand through my hair.
I am so unlucky.
" Yoomi!, dinner is ready!" I hear him shout from downstairs.
Hmm,The smell of food!
"Arasso!" I shout back as I ran down the stairs.Once I got to the dining room, I immediately sat down and sat down.
"Yoomi-ah,Why are you frowning?" Jin asked as he gave me homemade bulgogi.

  Jin's POV
      "Yoomi-ah,Why are you frowning?"I asked said as I gave her homemade bulgogi.
"You see,Jin,I miss work.I miss someone there."She said as she played with her chopsticks.
"Who?" I asked as I eat some bulgogi.I then hummed in delight of my delicious creation.
"I miss Jimin." She answered while also eating.
Why did my heart felt pain by her statement?
"Don't worry,We will go back to work tommorow."I said as I stuff my face with more ramen.
"Jinja?" She then asked in surprise.I nodded while looking at her eyes,causing our eyes to meet.We looked at each other eyes for a few more seconds. She was the first to look away,while I saw a tint of red in her cheeks.I then later looked away and continued eating.I then later found myself admiring her.Her doe round eyes,her lips,her long eyelashes.
Stop what you're thinking,Jin,She's your best friend,for god's sake.
I snapped out of it and we continued to eat in comfortable silence.

Once our plates were in the sink.We both waited for one of us to leave the kitchen.I then saw Yoomi washing a plate,while wearing a apron.
"Yoomi,I'll do that,you can go watch the tv."I said as I also wear her spare apron.
"Ani,You're the guest,I'll do it."She said as she gently pushed me.
"I'll do it."
"Ani,I'll do it"
"Since,we're both fighting,Let's just do it together." I said to end our argument."Fine." Was all she said before washing the dishes.
We talked about what our future would be,while washing the dishes.Once,we finished,we bid our good nights and went to our own separate bedrooms.I did my night routine and look in the mirror.
"Who do you really like Kim Seokjin? Park Yoomi or Bae Irene?You're such a pabo." I said as I grab my hair.
"Ah,Whatever.I'll answer it tommorow."I said as I went to my bed and just sleep.

Yoomi's POV
      When we went to our own bedroom.I was blushing so crazy while doing my night routine.I laid down on my bed and stared at the ceiling.Yah who do you really like,Park Yoomi.Your long-time crush Park Jimin or your hidden-crush Kim Seokjin.
"Yah,Stop thinking like a playgirl and say the truth tommorow."I scold my self and then went to my sweet slumber.
