See, the different lies in the fact
that some people think
they know you well enough
moments after you've just met,
as if it was like the movies.
But I've never stopped wishing
that I could know you better,
the moment our eyes met.
Instead of being a movie that ends,
it is like an endless trilogy of books.
I keep wanting to read more,
page by page until the very end -
knowing that books were always
better than their movies,
and so was knowing you.
